Էլ ի՞նչ են «բացելու» մինչև ընտրություններ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախօրեին էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը «աչքալուսանք» տվեց, թե Հայաստանում կառուցվում է տարածաշրջանում շոկոլադի արտադրության ամենամեծ գործարանը: Նշվում է, որ երեք տարվա ընթացքում նախատեսվում է գործարանի ամբողջական գործարկումը, որի արդյունքում արտադրական ծավալները կհասնեն օրական մինչև 200 տոննայի, իսկ աշխատատեղերի թիվը կհասնի մինչև 2000-ի:
Կարծես այստեղ պետք էր բղավել «ուռա՜»: Ի վերջո, վերջին ութ տարվա ընթացքում աղքատության այսպիսի աննախադեպ չափերի հասած Հայաստանում ցանկացած նոր արտադրություն, ցանկացած նոր աշխատատեղ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Եվ, իհարկե, շատ գովելի ու հաճելի է, որ Հայաստանում նման կարգի ներդրում է արվում: Բայց... Պարզվում է, որ համանման տեքստ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը հրապարակել է նաև 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ին: Այն ժամանակ նշվում էր, որ «առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է գործարանի առաջին հերթի գործարկումը»։ Երկուսուկես տարի անց գործարանը դեռևս «կառուցվող» է, և դա փաստորեն իշխանությունների համար հիանալի առիթ է նախընտրական շրջանում հերթական PR անելու համար, ընդ որում՝ սպասվող աշխատատեղերի թիվը ձեռքի հետ ավելացնելով 500-ով: Եթե 2023 թ. տեքստում նշվում էր 1500 աշխատատեղ, ապա «թարմ» տեքստում այն արդեն 2000 է:
Հաշվի առնելով, թե նախորդ տարիներին նախընտրական փուլերում ինչ գործարաններ են «բացել» քպականները, սոցցանցերի օգտատերերը նաև կանխատեսում էին, որ մինչև հունիս 7-ը նման PR հաղորդագրություններ շատ կլինեն: Այսինքն, գործարարների ներդրումները իշխանությունները կներկայացնեն որպես իրենց աշխատանքի արդյունք: Էլ չենք խոսում ֆեյք «գործարանների» մասին: Ու պատահական չէ, որ շատերը նույնիսկ կատակում էին, թե գուցե նույնիսկ «Սեպուհ 1»-ի, հայկական հեռուստացույցների, լվացքի մեքենաների, գազի բալոնների գործարանների կրկնակի, որոշ դեպքերում՝ եռակի «բացման» ականատես լինենք...
