Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.

Հայկական համացանցը ցնցվեց, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստացել է «Զայեդ» մարդկային եղբայրության 2026 թվականի մրցանակը՝ ի նշանավորումն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության հաստատման։

Երեկ պարզվեց նաև, թե ով է կանգնած այդ հիմնադրամի հետևում։ Եվ ահա Հայաստան ժամանած մրցանակի հանձնաժողովի անդամներից էր նաև մեր ժողովրդին քաջ հայտնի՝ Շարլ Միշելը, որի հանձնառությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պետք է ապրեին ըստ իր ձևակերպման «էթնիկ» հայերը՝ միջազգային մեխանիզմներով ապահովված անվտանգության և իրավունքների ներքո։

Եթե Շարլ Միշելի տեսլականը էթնիկ զտված և հայաթափված Արցախն էր, ապա անհրաժեշտ էր հենց սկզբից դրա մասին անկեղծ հայտարարել ու դրա դիմաց մրցանակ առաջարկել։

Իմ հիշողություններում Շարլ Միշելը տպավորվել է հատկապես նրանով, որ 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումից ընդամենը 12 օր անց Հայաստանը ենթարկվեց ադրբեջանական մասշտաբային հարձակման․ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքները օկուպացվեցին և մնում են այդպես մինչև այսօր, հայ կին զինծառայողը անդամահատվեց, հայ անզեն ռազմագերիները գնդակահարվեցին դիրքում, և չեղավ ոչ մի միջազգային հայց, ոչ մի հետաքննություն, ոչ մի դատապարտում՝ զրո հետևանք։

Մեր ժողովուրդը չպետք է խաբվի այս մրցանակի շուրջ կառուցված քարոզչությամբ։ Ընդհակառակը՝ անհրաժեշտ է հստակ գիտակցել, որ որտեղ կա Շարլ Միշելը, այնտեղ կա նաև Ադրբեջանի ձեռքը, քանի որ նա չի ներկայացնում արդարությունը, մարդու իրավունքները, օրենքի գերակայությունը և ԵՄ-ի կողմից ներկայացվող արժեքները։ Միշելը Ալիևի հերթական թշվառ լոբիստն է, և այս մրցանակը նա բերել է Փաշինյանին՝ ի աջակցություն առաջիկա Աժ ընտրություններին, որպեսզի մեր ժողովուրդը խաբվի և վերընտրի մրցանակակրին։
