ՆԳՆ Կիբեռոստիկանությունից զգուշացնում են․
«Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ-ում կրկին նկատվում է WhatsApp հավելվածի հաշիվների զանգվածային «գողություն», որի դեպքում հանցագործներին անհրաժեշտ չէ, որ դուք սեղմեք որևէ հղման կամ նրանց փոխանցեք SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ստացած կոդը։
Տեխնիկական «լեզվով» ասված՝ հանցագործները կարողանում են թիրախավորել բջջային ցանցերի SS7 պրոտոկոլը (շատ պարզ՝ բջջային օպերատորների միջև գործող «փոստային ծառայությունը») և որսալ միջազգային բջջային ընկերությունից ուղարկված SMS հաղորդագրությունները:
Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել
Միակ և ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը Երկփուլանի անվտանգության (Two-step verification) միացումն է։ Նույնիսկ եթե հանցագործներին հաջողվի մուտք գործել ձեր հաշիվ, նրանք չեն կարողանա օգտագործել այն առանց ձեր սահմանած PIN կոդի։
Ինչպե՞ս միացնել.
1. Բացեք WhatsApp-ը և գնացեք Settings (Կարգավորումներ)
2. Ընտրեք Account (Հաշիվ) բաժինը
3. Սեղմեք Two-step verification (Երկփուլանի ամվտանգություն)
4. Սեղմեք Turn on և սահմանեք 6 նիշանոց PIN կոդ (անպայման հիշեք այն)
5. Ավելացրեք ձեր էլեկտրոնային հասցեն՝ կոդը մոռանալու դեպքում վերականգնելու համար։
Եթե հանկարծ WhatsApp-ից SMS-ի միջոցով ստանում եք որևէ կոդ, և ձեր հավելվածը հանկարծակի դուրս է գալիս հաշվից, անմիջապես փորձեք վերականգնել այն (կրկին Ձեր հեռախոսահամարի միջոցով փորձեք գրանցվել) և տեղեկացրեք ձեր մտերիմներին, որ ձեր անունից կարող են կեղծ հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկվել։
