Քաղաքացիներն ապրիլի 15-ից հետո ՀՀ երկրորդ սերնդի թղթադրամները կարող են անվճար փոխանակել բանկերում և Կենտրոնական բանկում

Քաղաքացիները 2026 թ. ապրիլի 15-ից հետո ՀՀ երկրորդ սերնդի բոլոր թղթադրամները կարող են անվճար փոխանակել ՀՀ տարածքում գործող առևտրային բանկերում և Կենտրոնական բանկում՝ առանց սահմանափակումների։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հայտնում են Կենտրոնական բանկից։

«2025 թ. ապրիլի 28-ին Կենտրոնական բանկը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի որոշման համաձայն՝ 2026 թ. ապրիլի 15-ից 2-րդ սերնդի թղթադրամները բնականոն մաշվածության արդյունքում դուրս կգան շրջանառությունից։

2017 թ. հուլիսի 11-ին Կենտրոնական բանկի մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ հատուկ նշվել էր, որ երկրորդ սերնդի թղթադրամները շրջանառությունից դուրս կբերվեն միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ դրամաշրջանառության ամբողջ շղթայում ներդրվեն 3-րդ սերնդի թղթադրամները և երկրորդ սերնդի թղթադրամներն արդեն ունենան դրամաշրջանառության համար ոչ պիտանի ֆիզիկական մաշվածություն:

Ներկայումս 2-րդ սերնդի թղթադրամների հիմնական զանգվածն ունի բարձր ֆիզիկական մաշվածություն, և շրջանառության մեջ գտնվող 1000 դրամ, 5000 դրամ, 10.000 դրամ և 20.000 դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամների զանգվածի հիմնական մասը կազմում են 3-րդ սերնդի թղթադրամները (Պարույր Սևակի, Վիլյամ Սարոյանի, Կոմիտասի, Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու իմապատկերներով), իսկ 1999 թվականի թողարկման 500 դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամները (Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանի դիմապատկերով) շրջանառության մեջ հիմնականում փոխարինվել են մետաղադրամներով, ուստի անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել նշված 2-րդ սերնդի թղթադրամները դուրս բերել շրջանառությունից»,– նշված է ԿԲ–ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Նշված որոշման համաձայն՝ շրջանառությունից կհանվեն 2-րդ սերնդի հետևյալ ՀՀ թղթադրամները.

1999 թվականի թողարկման 500 դրամ (Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանի դիմապատկերով)

1999, 2001, 2011, 2015 թվականների թողարկման 1000 դրամ (Եղիշե Չարենցի դիմապատկերով)

1999, 2003, 2009, 2012 թվականների թողարկման 5000 դրամ (Հովհաննես Թումանյանի դիմապատկերով)

2003, 2006, 2008, 2012 թվականների թողարկման 10000 դրամ (Ավետիք Իսահակյանի դիմապատկերով)

1999, 2007, 2009, 2012 թվականների թողարկման 20000 դրամ (Մարտիրոս Սարյանի դիմապատկերով)

Մինչև 2026 թ. ապրիլի 15-ը նշված թղթադրամները կհամարվեն օրինական վճարամիջոց, իսկ 2026 թ. ապրիլի 15-ից հետո քաղաքացիներն իրենց մոտ մնացած բոլոր «հին» թողարկման թղթադրամներն, առանց սահմանափակումների, կարող են անվճար փոխանակել ՀՀ տարածքում գործող առևտրային բանկերում և Կենտրոնական բանկում:
