Մեր արտաքին քաղաքական ընդհանուր տեսլականը դա է, որ մեր խաղաղության պայմանագիրը պետք է ունենա մեկից ավելի երաշխավոր: Մեկից ավելի երաշխավոր ունենալը երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության միակ լուրջ գրավականն է: Թուղթը բավականին փոփոխական մեծություն է թուրքերի հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ, իսկ երաշխավորները հաստատուն են: Այս մասին ասուլիսի ընթացքում հայտարարեց «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը:

«Մեր ժամանակաշրջաններում փոքր երկրները ավելի լավ են ապրում, քանի-որ կառավարությունները ավելի դինամիկ են ու ակտիվ: ԹՐԻՓՓ-ը այս պահի դրությամբ Հայաստանի համար բացում է և հնարավորություններ, և ռիսկեր, հնարավորությունն է բերել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ նահանգներին դեպի երաշխավորի մակարդակ:

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչ ժամկետներում է լուծվելու հարցերը իշխանություն դառնալու դեպքում՝ Նարեկ կարապետյանը նշեց. «5 քայլերը տեղի են ունենալու 5 տարվա ընթացքում, դա հաշվի առնելով՝ ուզում եմ մի նկատառում անել: Իշխանության փոփոխության առաջին տարին լինելու է այս պրոցեսների պատրաստման տարին, երկրորդ տարվանից զգացվելու է լուրջ փոփոխություններ, իսկ երրորդ տարվանից մենք առերեսվելու ենք պտուղների հետ: Լինելու են հարյուրավոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի մշակում, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը Հայաստանի ամեն շրջանի համար ներդրումային ծրագիր է մշակելու: Երկիր մտնելու է աննախադեպ քանակի ներդրման միջոց, մենք ցույց տվեցինք ճանապարհը:

Եզրափակելով իր խոսքը՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ կարևոր է այն հարցերի քննարկումը, որոնք վերաբերելու են յուրաքանչյուրի կյանքին նպաստելուն. «Այսօր ուզում եմ կենտրոնանանք այն բաների վրա, որոնք ազդելու են յուրաքանչյուրի կյանքի փոփոխության վրա: Մենք պետք է փորձենք մարդկանց հասցնել այն միտքը, թե ինչ ենք փոխելու մեր երկրում, որ փոփոխությունը անձերի հետ կապված չլինի, այլ ընդհանուր երկրի մոտեցման հետ»:
