nsn.fm-ը «Զատուլինը բացատրել է, թե ինչու է Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանին ներքաշում «Թրամփի միջանցք»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ներգրավել Ռուսաստանին Հայաստանից մինչև Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սահմաններ երկաթուղային հատվածների վերականգնման գործում, որոնք այնուհետև կմիանան «Թրամփի միջանցքին», որպեսզի քննադատության դեպքում «սլաքները փոխի», nsn.fm-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից օգնություն է խնդրել Հայաստանից մինչև Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սահմաններ երկաթուղային հատվածների վերականգնման հարցի լուծման հարցում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ասելով, որ արդեն քննարկել է այդ հարցը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։

Զատուլինը այս ամենում ինչ-որ ուրիշ բան է տեսնում։ «Սա տեղի ունեցավ «Թրամփի միջանցքի» կառուցման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերի բովանդակության վերաբերյալ արված հայտարարություններից երեք օր հետո, որոնք մասամբ բացահայտեցին ԱՄՆ-ի և Հայաստանի միջև կնքված համաձայնագրերը: Այս փաստաթղթերից հետևում է, որ այդ միջանցքով տարանցումից շահույթ ստացող ընկերության 76 %-ը կպատկանի Միացյալ Նահանգներին, իսկ 24 %-ը՝ Հայաստանին: Ուրիշ ոչ ոք չի կարող մասնակցել: Ռուսաստանը կարող է ներգրավված լինել որոշակի գործառույթներում, բայց չի կարող լինել այդ ընկերության հիմնադիրների կամ բաժնետերերի շարքում: Այսինքն, Փաշինյանը, շեղվելով այն քննադատությունից, որ անտեսում է Ռուսաստանի շահերը, սկսեց զբաղվել ինչ-որ ժեստ անելով», - նշել է նա:

Զատուլինը նաև զգուշացրել է, որ Հայաստանը ցանկանում է «մեղքը բարդել» Ռուսաստանի վրա, նրան չեն հետաքրքրում Մոսկվայի շահերը: «Խոսքը Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային հարակից հատվածների մասին է։ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է Ռուսաստանին ներգրավել այդ աշխատանքներում, որպեսզի հետո կարողանա ամենուրեք պնդել, որ Ռուսաստանն է ներգրավված եղել։ Կոպիտ ասած՝ նա ցանկանում է մեղքը բարդել Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Դա մոտավորապես նույնն է, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ մեր խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հետ, որը սկզբում հրավիրվեց Ղարաբաղ, բայց հետո նրա ներկայությունը գործնականում անտեսվեց։ Մենք պարզապես պետք է հասկանանք, որ Փաշինյանը չի գործում մեր շահերից ելնելով, նա խաղադրույք է կատարել Արևմուտքի հետ դաշինքի և բարեկամության վրա։ Նրա առաջարկները պետք է բազմիցս վերլուծվեն՝ համոզվելու համար, որ թաքնված այլ օրակարգեր չկան», - եզրափակել է nsn.fm-ի զրուցակիցը։
