Չիլիում արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարվել անտառային հրդեհների պատճառով․ զոհվել է առնվազն 16 մարդ

Չիլիի նախագահ Գաբրիել Բորիչը կիրակի վաղ առավոտյան արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել երկրի հարավային երկու շրջաններում, քանի որ մոլեգնող անտառային հրդեհները ստիպել են տարհանել առնվազն 20 000 մարդու և խլել առնվազն 16-ի կյանքը, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Ըստ Չիլիի անտառային գործակալության (CONAF), կիրակի առավոտյան հրշեջները պայքարում էին երկրի տարածքում գործող 24 հրդեհների դեմ։ Ամենախոշորները Նուբլե և Բիոբիո շրջաններում են, որտեղ կառավարությունը հայտարարել է արտակարգ դրություն։
Այս շրջանները գտնվում են մայրաքաղաք Սանտյագոյից մոտ 500 կմ հարավ։
«Շարունակվող լուրջ անտառային հրդեհների պատճառով ես որոշել եմ արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել Նուբլե և Բիոբիո շրջաններում։ Բոլոր ռեսուրսները հասանելի են», – նշել է Բորիչը X սոցիալական ցանցում։
Չիլիի անվտանգության նախարար Լուիս Կորդերոն կիրակի առավոտյան լրագրողներին հայտնել է, որ Բիոբիո շրջանում հաստատվել է 15 մահ, ինչի հետևանքով զոհերի ընդհանուր թիվը հասել է 16-ի՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև Նուբլեում շաբաթ օրը հաստատված մահը։
Այս պահին հրդեհները ընդգրկել են մոտ 8500 հեկտար երկու շրջաններում՝ վտանգի տակ դնելով մի շարք բնակավայրեր և ստիպելով իշխանություններին տարհանում հայտարարել։
Չիլիի արտակարգ իրավիճակների գործակալությունը (Senapred) հայտնել է, որ մոտ 20 000 մարդ տարհանվել է, իսկ առնվազն 250 տուն ավերվել է։
Ըստ իշխանությունների, անբարենպաստ պայմանները, ինչպիսիք են ուժեղ քամին և բարձր ջերմաստիճանը, նպաստել են հրդեհների տարածմանը և դժվարացրել հրշեջների աշխատանքը։
Չիլիի մեծ մասում հայտարարված է շոգի արտակարգ նախազգուշացում․ սպասվում է, որ կիրակի և երկուշաբթի ջերմաստիճանը Սանտյագոյից մինչև Բիոբիո կհասնի 38 աստիճանի։ Ինչպես Չիլին, այնպես էլ Արգենտինան տարվա սկզբից բախվել են ծայրահեղ բարձր ջերմաստիճանների և անոմալ շոգի, իսկ այս ամսվա սկզբին Արգենտինայի Պատագոնիայում կործանարար անտառային հրդեհներ են բռնկվել։
