Փաստաբան Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը հրապարակել է Վարդան Ղուկասյանի անձնական բժիշկի կոչ-հայտարարությունը.
«Ցավով տեղեկացա, որ պարոն Վարդան Ղուկասյանի առողջական վիճակը կրկին վատթարացել է։ Ըստ նրա պաշտպանների՝ նա շարունակաբար գանգատվում է կրծքավանդակի սեղմող ցավերից, շնչառական դժվարություններից, ինչպես նաև շաքարային դիաբետի (արյան գլյուկոզայի) արտահայտված տատանումներից։
Լինելով պարոն Ղուկասյանի անձնական բժիշկը՝ անհասկանալի պատճառներով զրկված եմ նրան տեսնելու և անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու հնարավորությունից։ Փաստացիորեն շտապ բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունը ևս չի կարող մուտք գործել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

• կայուն ստենոկարդիա՝ III ֆունկցիոնալ դաս,
• սրտամկանի կրած ինֆարկտ,
• շաքարային դիաբետ՝ 2-րդ տիպ, ծանր ընթացքով,
• աորտայի լայնացում։
Վերլուծելով հիվանդի ուղեկցող հիվանդությունները՝ շաքարային դիաբետ (թիրախ օրգանների ախտահարումներով), հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդություն, աթերոսկլերոտիկ ախտահարում, որովայնային տիպի ճարպակալում, ինչպես նաև խոլեստերինի ֆրակցիաների տվյալները, հիվանդի վիճակը գնահատվել է որպես բարձր ռիսկային՝ ըստ SCORE2 սանդղակի։
Նշեմ նաև, որ կորոնար անգիոգրաֆիկ տվյալների համաձայն հայտնաբերվել են՝
• LAD զարկերակի մոտակա հատվածի 20% նեղացում,
• LAD միջին հատվածի 60% նեղացում,
• LCX միջին հատվածի էկտատիկ լայնացում,
• դիագոնալ D2 զարկերակի 90% նեղացում։
Այսպիսի բարձիթողի և անկայուն վիճակում զարկերակային ցանցի շարունակական անբավարարությունը կարող է հանգեցնել սրտամկանի սուր ինֆարկտի՝ իր բոլոր ծանր բարդություններով, ընդհուպ մինչև սրտի կանգ։
