Հացը շատերի սննդակարգի հիմնական բաղադրիչն է։ Չնայած այն կարող է լինել առողջ սննդակարգի մաս, որոշ տեսակներ ավելի լավն են, քան մյուսները՝ ընդհանուր առողջության համար, այդ թվում՝ արյան ճնշման համար։
Արյան ճնշման համար լավագույն ընտրությունը ծլած ամբողջական հացահատիկի հացն է։ Սա պայմանավորված է դրա սննդային արժեքով, այդ թվում՝ բարձր մանրաթելային պարունակությամբ և արյան ճնշումը կարգավորելու համար անհրաժեշտ հանքանյութերով։
«Հացահատիկում պարունակվող մանրաթելը օգնում է ընդհանուր առմամբ իջեցնել արյան ճնշումը, հավանաբար՝ բարելավելով արյան անոթների գործառույթը, կարգավորելով ախորժակը և վերահսկելով քաշը», - ասաց սննդաբան Ալեքսանդր Լերիցը։
Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ մանրաթելի ընդունման ավելացումը արյան ճնշումը իջեցնելու արդյունավետ միջոց է: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ բարձր արյան ճնշում ունեցող կանայք օգուտ են ստանում օրական առնվազն 28 գրամ մանրաթել օգտագործելուց, մինչդեռ տղամարդիկ՝ 38 գրամից:
«Որպես կանոն, մեկ կտոր հացը պարունակում է առնվազն 3-5 գրամ մանրաթել», - ասաց սննդաբան Վիկի Կլիմանտիրիսը։
Ավելին, ծլած ամբողջական հացահատիկի հացը պարունակում է զգալիորեն ավելի շատ արյան ճնշումը կարգավորող հանքանյութեր, ինչպիսիք են մագնեզիումը, քան մաքրված սպիտակ ալյուրից պատրաստված հացը: Այս տեսակի հացը նաև հաճախ պարունակում է շատ ավելի քիչ նատրիում, քան սպիտակ հացը:
«Ծիլ տված ամբողջական հացահատիկի հացն ունի ավելի ցածր գլիկեմիկ ինդեքս, քան սպիտակ հացը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ուտելուց հետո այն արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակի այդքան կտրուկ բարձրացում չի առաջացնում», - ասաց սննդաբան Ռեյչել Աջեմերան։
Ծլած հացահատիկի սննդային արժեքը
- կալորիաներ - 80;
- ածխաջրեր - 15 գրամ;
- մանրաթել – 3-5 գ;
- սպիտակուց - 4 գ;
- ճարպ - 0.5 գ;
- նատրիում - 75 միլիգրամ (մգ);
- մագնեզիում - 26 մգ:
Մինչդեռ ծլած ամբողջական հացահատիկի հացը զբաղեցրեց առաջին տեղը, սննդաբանները նաև խորհուրդ են տալիս թթխմորով հաց ։
«Թթխմոր պատրաստելու համար օգտագործվող խմորման գործընթացը արտադրում է պեպտիդներ, որոնք կարող են իջեցնել արյան ճնշումը՝ թուլացնելով արյան անոթները», - բացատրեց Կլիմանտիրիսը։
