Այսօր՝ հունվարի 13-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի Մաստարա-Լանջիկ-Գյումրի մոտ 15-կիլոմետրանոց հատվածում։ Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երթևեկությունը Գյումրիից-Երևան, դեպի Լանջիկ, ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է, քանի որ բուքն իր սև գործն է անում։

Առավոտից ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանի հանձնարարականով «Ճանապահային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամի Թալինի, Լանջիկի, Մարալիկի ճանշինականները հատուկ տեխնիկաներով հեռացնում են ճանապարհից ձյունը, որտեղ որոշ հատվածներում ձյան բարձրությունը հասնում է մոտ 30-40 սմ-ի։

Բավականին լարված են աշխատում նաև ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանի, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արմեն Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վաղ առավոտից Թալինի, Մարալիկի փրկարարները, Արագածոտնի և Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակների պարեկենրն ու ճանշինականները նշված հատվածներից ձնաբքի տակ հայտնված մոտ 30 ավտոմեքենա են դուրս բերել անվտանգ վայր։ Երբ ճանշինը ճանապարհը բացում է ու բուքը մի թեթև դադարում է, Շիրակի պարեկները ավտոմեքենաները ուղեկցում են մինչև Արագածոտնի մարզ, որտեղից էլ Արագածոտնի պարեկներն են նրանց ուղեկցում մինչև Մաստարա, որտեղ երթևեկությունը ամբողջությամբ անցանելի է, ճանապարհներին ձյուն չկա։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ ձնաբքի պատճառով մոտ 1000-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ այս պահին չեն կարողանում երթևեկել։
