2026 թվ Հուլիսի մեկից հետո եկամտային շեմերի հաշվարկը նոր համակարգում բավականին բարդ է, քանի որ այն այլևս պարզ թվաբանություն չէ։ Պետությունը կիրառում է «Սպառողական զամբյուղի» և «Կարիքի գնահատման» համակցված մոդելը։

Ահա թե ինչպես է կատարվելու հաշվարկը հուլիսի 1-ից հետո.

1. Եկամտի «Անտեսանելի» աղբյուրների հաշվառումը
Համակարգը հաշվարկելու է ձեր ընտանիքի ամսական միջին եկամուտը։ Վտանգի տակ եք, եթե այդ թիվը գերազանցում է նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղի մակարդակը (որը տատանվում է մոտ 40,000 - 60,000 դրամի սահմաններում՝ մեկ անձի հաշվով)։
Հաշվի են առնվելու.

* Աշխատավարձեր և թոշակներ. Նույնիսկ եթե դրանք չնչին են։
* Գյուղատնտեսական եկամուտ. Եթե ունեք հողատարածք, պետությունը կիրառում է «նորմատիվային եկամտի» սկզբունքը։ Նշանակություն չունի՝ դուք այդ հողից օգուտ ստանում եք, թե ոչ. ըստ օրենքի՝ հողը պետք է եկամուտ բերի, և այդ «վիրտուալ» գումարը կավելացվի ձեր ընդհանուր եկամտին։

* Դրամական փոխանցումներ. Բանկային համակարգով ստացված ցանկացած գումար կդիտարկվի որպես եկամուտ։

2. Ծախսերի գործակիցը (Indirect Estimation)
Սա նոր համակարգի ամենաանսպասելի մասն է։ Եթե ձեր պաշտոնական եկամուտը 0 է, բայց դուք ամսական վճարում եք, օրինակ՝ 30,000 դրամի էլեկտրաէներգիա կամ ունեք ակտիվ հեռախոսահամարներ մեծ ծախսերով, համակարգը կիրառում է հետադարձ հաշվարկ։

Օրինակ. Եթե ընտանիքը ծախսում է X գումար կոմունալների վրա, համակարգը «ենթադրում է», որ այդ ընտանիքը պետք է ունենա առնվազն Y եկամուտ դա վճարելու համար։ Եթե այդ Y-ը բարձր է նպաստի շեմից, դուք զրկվում եք աջակցությունից։

3. Աշխատունակ անդամների «բացասական» միավորները

Յուրաքանչյուր աշխատունակ, բայց չաշխատող անդամի համար ընտանիքի ընդհանուր վարկանիշից միավորներ են հանվում։ Սա արվում է նրա համար, որպեսզի ընտանիքը «ստիպված» լինի այդ անդամին ուղարկել աշխատանքի, այլ ոչ թե ապրել նպաստով։

Ի՞նչ կարող եք անել հիմա.

Քանի որ մինչև հուլիսի 1-ը դեռ ժամանակ կա, խորհուրդ է տրվում վերանայել ձեր ընտանիքի «թվային պատկերը»։ Եթե ունեք հին, չօգտագործվող գույք կամ մեքենա, որն ուղղակի գրանցված է ձեր անունով, իմաստ ունի զբաղվել դրանց օտարմամբ կամ հաշվառումից հանելով, քանի որ նոր համակարգը «չի հարցնելու»՝ այդ մեքենան քշում եք, թե այն ժանգոտած կանգնած է բակում։
