ԵԱՏՄ-ում արտասահմանյան շուկաներից ապրանքների ներմուծման նոր շեմ կներդրվի

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհուրդը մի շարք որոշումներ է ընդունել, որոնք սահմանում են արտասահմանյան շուկաներում ֆիզիկական անձանց գնած էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ապրանքների ներմուծման պայմաններն ու կանոնները։

Մասնավորապես, անմաքս շեմը սահմանվել է 200 եվրոյի մակարդակում, որը կարող է վերանայվել ապագայում։ Այդ շեմը գերազանցելու դեպքում, գնման ամբողջ գնի վրա կգանձվի 5% մաքսատուրք՝ ազգային մակարդակով սահմանված ԱԱՀ դրույքաչափերից բացի, բայց ոչ պակաս, քան 1 եվրո մեկ կիլոգրամի համար։ Որոշակի տեսակի ապրանքների, օրինակ՝ ավտոմեքենաների համար հատուկ մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափեր են սահմանվել։

Ավելին, հաստատվել է այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնք կհայտարարագրվեն առանց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ Մաքսային օրենսգրքի) փոփոխություններով նախատեսված էլեկտրոնային առևտրի մասնագիտացված հայտարարագրի կիրառման վերաբերյալ պարզեցումների։

Ցանկը վերաբերում է այն գնումներին, որոնք ըստ Միության գործող օրենսդրության, չեն համարվում անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքներ (սոլյարիներ արևայրուքի համար, ներքին այրման շարժիչներ, բժշկական կահույք, խաղային ավտոմատներ և այլն), ներմուծման/արտահանման թույլտվությունների ենթակա ապրանքներին (զենք և զինամթերք, կենդանիների բրածո ոսկորներ, վտանգավոր թափոններ և այլն), ինչպես նաև ոգելից խմիչքներին, ծխախոտային արտադրանքին, կանխիկ փողին, ինքնաթիռներին և ջրային տրանսպորտային միջոցներին, ինչպես նաև որոշակի տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցներին և դրանց շասսիներին։

Նոր ընթացակարգը նախատեսվում է ներդնել 2026 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից։
