Հունվարի 9-ին, վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Գորիսի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ ծեծի ենթարկվելու հետևանքով «Գորիս» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության են դիմել 2 քաղաքացիներ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիրավորներից մեկը Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Սարգիս Բ․-ն է, ով հիվանդանոց է դիմել «գլխի գագաթային շրջանի պատռած վերք, մարմնի տարբեր հատվածների սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ, իսկ մյուսը նրա հայրը, Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Դավիթ Բ․-ն՝ «ճակատային և գագաթային շրջանի պատռած վերք, մարմնի տարբեր հատվածների սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Սարգիս Բ․-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում «Վանքի Տափ» թաղամասում գործող ավտոտեխսպասարկման դիմաց կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ համակուրսեցի Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Աղասի Հ․-ն աթոռով հարվածել է իր գլխին, ինչից վայր է ընկել, ապա սկսել ոտքերով հարվածել մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, իսկ երբ հայրը՝ Դավիթ Բ․-ն փորձել է իրեն բարձրացնել գետնից Աղասի Հ․-ն աթոռով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է հոր գլխին, ով նույնպես ընկել է գետնին, որից հետո ոտքերով հարվածել է իրենց ու հեռացել։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Աղասի Հ․-ն տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժին, որտեղից կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժին:
