ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահական ընտրություններին մասնակցելիս Թրամփը հայտարարում էր, որ ինքը նախագահ է դառնում՝ աշխատում խաղաղություն հաստատելու և այլևս թույլ չտալու, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները փոխեն տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարներին և միջամտեն այլ պետությունների ներքին գործերին, բայց փաստորեն այս ամենը Թրամփը հայտարարում էր, որպեսզի նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո խաղաղության և միջազգային օրենքների հարգման կոնտեքստում գողանա Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակը և կարողանա Ռուսաստանին համոզել, խաբել, նստեցնել խաղաղության իր պատկերացումների շրջանակների դաշտում, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը չշարունակի հաղթանակ տանել Ուկրաինայում և գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարում։
 
Եվ երբ արդեն պարզ դարձավ, որ Թրամփը չի կարողանում խաբել Ռուսաստանին և չի կարողանում կանխել Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակը, գողանալ Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակը, արդեն պետք է անցնել պլան Բ-ի, պետք է սեփական խոստումները մոռանալ և սկսել բացեիբաց գողանալ տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարներին, միջամտել այլ երկրների ներքին գործերին և աշխարհում ձևավորել քաոս, որպեսզի վախ տարածի Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցների, բարեկամների կամ նրա նկատմամբ համակրանք ունեցող պետությունների մոտ, որպեսզի ցույց տա, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում են մնալ հեգեմոն, և աշխարհը շարունակում է մնալ միաբևեռ։
 
Բայց այլևս փաստ է՝ աշխարհը միաբևեռ չի լինելու, Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակը գողանալ չի հաջողվում, բայց սա նաև իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ բոլոր պետությունները, որոնք իսկապես ուզում են լինել սուվերեն և իրենք որոշեն, թե ինչպիսին է լինելու իրենց ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, ժամանակն է, որ կարողանան իսկապես հաշվել սեփական պետական շահերը և ճիշտ դիրքավորվեն սեփական շահերի տեսանկյունից, հակառակ պարագայում՝ բոլոր այն պետությունները, որոնք չկարողացան սեփական շահերը հաշվել, հայտնվելու են գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարում Միացյալ Նահանգների ձեռքում՝ որպես խաղալիքի դերում, և օգտագործվելու են ու դեն են շպրտվելու, ինչը մենք այսօր տեսնում ենք Ուկրաինայում։ Ժամանակն է, որ մենք էլ հստակ սկսենք լուրջ վերլուծությունների դաշտում հասկանալ Հայաստանի պետական շահերը և առաջնորդվել բացառապես Հայաստանի պետական շահերով։
