Հարգելի գործընկերներ,

2026 թվականի հունվարի 5-ին, այսինքն 2026 թվականի առաջին աշխատանքային օրը Գլխավոր դատախազության և Քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից կատարվել էր բացառապես երկու գործողություն. 1) Մուտքագրվել էր վերաքննիչ բողոք Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնային կալանքի որոշման դեմ, խնդրանք-պահանջ ներկայացնելով անպայման կալանավորել Սամվել Կարապետյանին, 2) մերժել Սամվել Կարապետյանի Մեռելոց հիշատակի օրը, իր հոր գերեզմանին այցելելու միջնորդությունը: Մեր փաստաբանական թիմի կողմից ևս ներկայացվել է և դեռևս ներկայացվելու են վերաքննիչ բողոքներ տնային կալանքի որոշման դեմ, սակայն հարց է առաջանում իրավապահ մարմինները, երբ կալանքի ու տնային կալանքի իրավունքների սահմանափակման ինտենսիվության աստիճանները ըստ Սահմանադրական դատարանի և Եվրոպական դատարանի նույնական են, ավելին Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ այն կիրառվել էր հնարավոր ու անհնար լրացուցիչ սահմանափակումներով՝ բողոքի հիմք, հիմնավորումն ինչպես պետք է ներկայացնեին: Պատասխանն ակնհայտ է, հիմնավորում չկա, հիմք չկա, բայց կա բացառապես ակնհայտ ապօրինի, իրավունքը նսեմացնող ու ժխտող դիրքորոշում, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը լինի կալանավորված...: Քաղաքական հետապնդման կոնկրետ այս աբսուրդը տևում է շուրջ 7 ամիս: Առաջիկայում կներկայացվեն այս զարգացումների վերաբերյալ լրացուցիչ տվյալներ:
