ՀՀ արդարադատության խորհուրդը վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջարկել է Վազգեն Ռշտունու թեկնածությունը

ՀՀ արդարադատության խորհրդի փետրվարի 12-ի նիստում խորհուրդը որոշել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին առաջարկել Վազգեն Ռուբենի Ռշտունու թեկնածությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության խորհրդի աշխատակազմից և ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և արարողակարգի վարչությունից, ՀՀ արդարադատության խորհուրդը նիստում կայացրել է հետևյալ որոծումները.

       1. Քննարկելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի նախագահ նշանակելու համար թեկնածություն առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ հարցը` որոշեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին առաջարկել Վազգեն Ռուբենի Ռշտունու թեկնածությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար` դադարեցնելով նրա` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավորի լիազորությունները:

       2. Քննարկելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր նշանակելու համար թեկնածություն առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ հարցը` որոշեց Տիգրան Վազգենի Սահակյանի թեկնածությունը ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար:

     3. Քննարկելով  Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահ նշանակելու համար թեկնածություն առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ հարցը` որոշեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին առաջարկել Դավիթ Հրաչյայի Հարությունյանի թեկնածությունը Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար` դադարեցնելով նրա` Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատրանի դատավորի լիազորությունները:

     4. Քննարկելով Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր նշանակելու համար թեկնածություն առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ հարցը` որոշեց Սամվել Ազատի Ուզունյանի թեկնածությունը ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին` Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար:

      5. Քննարկելով ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորի թափուր պաշտոնում առաջին ատյանի այլ դատարանի դատավորի նշանակման վերաբերյալ հարցը` որոշեց Աշոտ Սուրենի Խաչիկյանի թեկնածությունը ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորի թափուր պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար` դադարեցնելով նրա` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորի լիազորու թյունները:
