Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա փետրվարի 26-ին

Գյումրու ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում փետրվարի 12-ին շարունակվեց Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով արտագնա դատական նիստը: Այս անգամ ևս, ինչպես նախորդ երկու դատական նիստերի ընթացքում, դատաքննական փուլի շրջանակներում, հարցաքննվեցին գործով այն վկաները, ովքեր կապ են ունեցել Պերմյակովի որոնողկան, հայտնաբերման ու ձերբակալման գործընթացի հետ: Այս մասով առայժմ ներգրավված է 16 վկա: Դատարանն այսօր հարցաքննեց գործով վկա 2012 սահմանապահ ջոկատի զինծառայող Ստյոպա Սումբուլյանին: Վերջինս հայ-թուրքական սահմանի մոտ ամբաստանյալ Վ. Պերմյակովին հայտնաբերած ու ձերբակալած սահմանապահներից է: Վկան պատմեց, որ դեպքի օրը ուշ երեկոյան Բայանդուրի ուղեկալի տեղամասում սպա Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանի հետ ծառայություն իրականացնելիս նկատել է լապտերի լույս, առաջ են շարժվել լույսի ուղղությամբ, նկատել շարժվող անձի: Կապիտան Խաչատրյանը հարցրել է, թե ո՞վ է եւ ո՞ւր է գնում, սակայն պատասխան չեն լսել. նախաշգուշական կրակոցից հետո այդ անձին հրամայվել է պառկել, ապա նրա ձեռքերը կապել են: Խուզարկության ժամանակ Վ. Պերմյակովի մոտից հայտնաբերվել է երեք բջջային հեռախոս և գումար:
Այնուհետև տարածք է ժամանել սահմանապահ զորքերի օպերատիվ խումբը ու ՈՒԱԶ մակնիշի մեքենայով Վ. Պերմյակովին տեղափոխել են: Փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանի այն հարցին թե, եթե սպանությունը Գյումրիում էր կատարվել, ապա ի՞նչ պատճառով էր Պերմյակովին սահմանին փնտրվում, վկան նշեց, որ սահմանին հսկողությունն ուժեղացվել էր, որ հանցագործը չփախչի: Ընդհանուր ասել էին` որ արտակարգ իրավիճակ է եւ հանցագործը գտնվում է ազատության մեջ: Գործով հաջորդ վկան՝ Սերգեյ Սլյուսրը, Գյումրիում տեղակայված 2012 սահմանապահ ջոկատում շնավարժ է: Վկան պատասխանեց, որ ինքը դեպքի իշերը 04:00-ին ստացել է հրանհանգ որ շանը պատրաստի ու դուրս գա, բազայում իմացել են, որ զինվոր է փախել, ում էլ փնտրելու են: Դատարանը լսեց նաև նույն 2012 սահմանապահ ջոկատի մեկ այլ զինծառայող Էդգար Թորոսյանին:
