ՀՀ-ն այն եզակի երկրներից է, որը ռազմականացման միջազգային միտումների, զինվորական ծառայության նկատմամբ ձևավորվող նոր պահանջների և ահագնացող տարբեր սպառնալիքների պայմաններում գնում է պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների թվի՝ շուրջ 25%-ով կրճատման։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Վերջերս, ենթադրաբար, «վերևից» իջնող հիմնավորումներ եմ լսում այն մասին, թե ժամկետայիններին պայմանագրայիններով փոխարինելը նաև մեծացնում է մարտական խնդիրներ լուծելու արդյունավետությունը։

Որևէ մեկը չփորձի ստվեր նետել պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների և վերջին երեք տասնամյակներում նրանց կողմից իրականացված ծառայության վրա։

Մարտական հերթապահության կրումից, դիվերսիաների հետմղումից մինչև լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ՝ մեր ժամկետային զինծառայողները և՛ ՀՀ սահմանների, և՛ Արցախի ուղղությամբ իրականացրել են փայլուն օպերացիաներ ու գործել հերոսական սխրանքներ։ Պատահական չէ, որ նրանցից շատերը արժանացել են պետական բարձր պարգևների։

Ուստի ձեր տապալումները և վնասակար փոփոխությունները պարտակելու համար պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների արժանիքներն ու ծառայությունը մի՛ չթերագնահատեք, առավել ևս՝ մի՛ մոտեցեք դրանց վերապահումներով»,-գրելէ  նա։
