Կառավարությունը հաստատել է Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության ռեգիստրում տվյալների հավաքման, վարման և փոխանցման կարգը: «Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին» օրենքով նախատեսված է, որ առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության նպատակով ստեղծվելու է Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության ռեգիստր, որն իրենից ներկայացնում է առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության պատշաճ իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ անձնական և ոչ անձնական տվյալներ պարունակող էլեկտրոնային շտեմարան։ Ռեգիստրը փոխգործելի է պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների կողմից էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունների մատուցման կամ գործողությունների կատարման համար օգտագործվող էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի հետ և համապատասխան տվյալները ստացվելու են ՀՀ Կառավարության փոխգործելիության հարթակի միջոցով՝ տվյալների սկզբնաղբյուր հանդիսացող տարբեր բազաներից։

Մասնավորապես, սահմանվել է, որ Ռեգիստրը, որպես առանձնացված շտեմարան, գործելու է էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգում, որը հասանելի է նաև բջջային հեռախոսի հավելվածի միջոցով։ Դրա հիման վրա, ապահովագրված անձը, մուտք գործելով էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգ, հնարավորություն կստանա ծանոթանալու իր՝ որպես ապահովագրված անձի, կարգավիճակին։ Ռեգիստրը փոխգործելի է պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների կողմից էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունների մատուցման կամ գործողությունների կատարման համար օգտագործվող էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի հետ։ Ռեգիստրի վարումն իրականացնելու է Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության հիմնադրամը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության համակարգին ուղղված քննադատություններին և ընդգծել, որ այսպիսի մեծ մասշտաբի բարեփոխումը հնարավոր չէ միանգամից անթերի իրականացնել: Վարչապետի դիտարկմամբ՝ անհրաժեշտ էր այն կյանքի կոչել և հընթացս լավարկել: «Այնպես որ շարունակում ենք 24 ժամ աշխատել, որովհետև շատ բարդ համակարգ է ներդրված, ուշադիր լսում ենք քննադատությունները և փորձում լուծել ռացիոնալ այն խնդիրները, որոնք մատնանշվում են», -շեշտել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն էլ նշել է, որ հունվարի 8-ի ժամը 10:00 -ի դրությամբ ապահովագրությունում արդեն 16266 սպասարկված այց է գրանցվել: «Այո՛, շարունակում ենք զգայուն լինել բոլոր բարձրացված հարցերին և արձագանքելով առաջ գնալ»,- ասել է նախարարը:

Այդ համատեքստում վարչապետն ընդգծել է շահառուների հետ մշտական հարցումներ անցկացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ առկա խնդիրները բացահայտելու, ըստ առաջնահերթության դասակարգելու և լուծելու նպատակով:
