2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ հունիսի 18-ից կիրառված ակնհայտ ապօրինի բանտային կալանքը փոխարինվել էր տնային կալանքով և լրացուցիչ սահմանափակումներով:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու հետևորդների համար յուրաքանչյուր տարվա հունվարին՝ Սուրբ Ծննդյան և Հայտնության տոնին հաջորդում է Մեռելոց հիշատակի օրը: Ինչպես և Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու ցանկացած հետևորդի, այնպես էլ Սամվել Կարապետյանի համար խիստ կարևոր էր Մեռելոց հիշատակի օրը, իր հոր գերեզմանին այցելելու, իր մերձավոր ազգականների հետ՝ մարդկայնորեն սգալու հնարավորությունից օգտվելը: Այս հարցով դիմել էինք և քննիչին, և դատախազին: Այսօր պարզվեց, որ այդ միջնորդությունը մերժվել է:
