Երբ է այս տարի սիրո բարեխոս Սուրբ Սարգսի տոնը

Այս տարի Հունվար 31-ին Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին նշում է սիրո բարեխոս Սուրբ Սարգսի տոնը։ Գրել է Qahana.am-ը։
Ս․ Սարգիսը ոչ միայն գերազանց սպարապետ էր, այլև հիանալի քարոզիչ: Օգտվելով կայսեր հոժարությունից` իր իշխանության տակ գտնվող քաղաքներում քանդում է հեթանոսական մեհյանները, կառուցում եկեղեցիներ, տարածում քրիստոնեությունը:
Երբ քրիստոնյաների նկատմամբ հալածանքներ են սկսվում, սուրբն իր որդու հետ ապաստանում է Հայաստանում։ Տեղեկանալով, որ Հուլիանոսը մեծ զորքով շարժվում է Պարսկաստանի վրա, Հայոց արքան, ձգտելով իր երկիրը զերծ պահել հարձակման վտանգից, հորդորում է Սարգսին ծառայության անցնել Շապուհի մոտ: Շապուհը սիրով ընդունում է Ս. Սարգսին և նշանակում նրան զորագնդերի հրամանատար:
Զորականներից շատերը, տեսնելով փայլուն զորավարի բարեպաշտությունն ու վարքով վկայած նվիրումն առ Աստված, իր աղոթքներով Տիրոջ գործած հրաշքները, հրաժարվում էին հեթանոսությունից և դառնում քրիստոնյա: Սակայն Շապուհը պահանջում է նրանից պաշտել կրակը և զոհ մատուցել: Զորավարն անմիջապես մերժում է` ասելով. «Երկրպագելի է մեկ Աստված` Ամենասուրբ Երրորդությունը, ով ստեղծել է երկինքն ու երկիրը: Իսկ կրակը կամ կուռքերը ի բնե աստվածներ չեն, հողեղեն մարդը դրանք կարող է փչացնել»: Այդ խոսքերից հետո Ս. Սարգիսը կործանում է բագինը: Զայրացած ամբոխը հարձակվում է Ս. Սարգսի և նրա որդու վրա:
Առաջինը նահատակվում է սրբի որդին՝ Մարտիրոսը։ Սուրբն իր որդու՝ Մարտիրոսի և 14 քաջ մարտիկների հետ նահատակվեց հանուն քրիստոնեական հավատքի։
Ժողովրդական ավանդույթներ
Ս․ Սարգսի տոնը Հայաստանում նշում են ոչ միայն եկեղեցական ծեսով և աղոթքներով, այլև ժողովրդական ավանդույթներով: Ս. Սարգսի տոնի ուրբաթ գիշերը, նորահաս երիտասարդները աղի բլիթ են ճաշակում, ակնկալելով, որ երազում կտեսնեն իրենց ապագա փեսացուին կամ հարսնացուին։
Ընդունված է եղել նաև տան տանիքին կամ պատշգամբում փոխինդ դնել և սպասել, թե երբ Ս. Սարգիսը կթողնի իր ձիու պայտի հետքերը։ Ըստ ավանդույթի՝ այն մարդը, ում շաղ տված ալյուրի կամ փոխինդի միջով կանցնի սուրբը, նրան սպասվում է մեծ հաջողություն։
Ու հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ չնայած դարեր են անցել, բայց այս գեղեցիկ ավանդույթը ոչ միայն չի կորցրել իր ուժը, այլև կարողացել է ավելի շատ երիտասարդների ոգեշնչել և համախմբել տոնի շուրջ:
