Այսօր՝ հունվարի 6-ին, Արագածոտնի մարզպետարանի և Թալինի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցները Ոստիկանության ծառայողների աջակցությամբ խոչընդոտեցին Թալինի Սուրբ Աստվածածին Եկեղեցու քահանա Տեր Հայկին մատուցել Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագ՝ մեր Տեր Հիսուս Քրիստոսի Սուրբ Ծննդյան և Հայտնության Տոնի առիթով: Այս մասին գրել է փաստաբան Արա Զոհրաբյանը:

Ցավալի է, բայց հույժ կարևոր այս Տոնի և ընդհանրապես Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագի խորհուրդները շատերը չեն գիտակցում:
Շատերը չեն գիտակցում, որ կարգալույծ եղած նախկին քահանայի կատարած արարողությունը ոչ միայն հոգևոր առումով պատարագ չի կարող կոչվել և անեծք է բերելու դրա մասնակիցների համար, այլ նաև՝
- Եկեղեցու կանոնական իմաստով պղծում է Ս.Խորանը և սրբագործման կարգ կատարելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացնում,
- իրավական առումով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 209-րդ հոդվածում նկարագրված հանցագործություն է:
Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ այս գործողությունները վերջին հաշվով մեր տանջված ազգի գլխին են փորձանք բերելու: Մեր ազգը պետք է գիտակցի, որ Սրբությունների պատասխանատուն հենց ազգն է և չեզոք դիրք գրավելը նույնպես հանդիսանում է չարամիտներին օժանդակություն:
Բայց այս դառը իրադարձությունների համատեքստում չեմ կարող չարձանագրել այն արժանապատիվ քրիստոնյաների ջանքերը, որոնք համաձայն չեն իշխանության ներկայացրած Եկեղեցու պառակտման և ազգային ինքնության քանդման այս ծրագրի հետ»,-գրել է նա:
