Վենեսուելայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ, այո, Ռուսաստանի և Վլադիմիր Պուտինի պայքարը իսկապես աշխարհը նոր գերեվարությունից ազատագրելու և բոլոր պետությունների սուվերենիտետը պաշտպանելու մասին է։
 
Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր իսկապես ցանկանում են, որ իրենց պետությունները լինեն սուվերեն, և որ Հավաքական Արևմուտքը՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների գլխավորությամբ, չկարողանա իրենց կամքը թելադրել սեփական պետություններին և տարբեր պետություններին ու ժողովուրդներին օգտագործի իր գեոպոլիտիկ շահերի համար, զոհաբերի տարբեր ժողովուրդներին և պետություններին, ապա նրանք իսկապես պետք է պաշտպանեն Վլադիմիր Պուտինի պայքարը և պետք է լինեն Ռուսաստանի կողքին, որպեսզի ունենան հնարավորություն ազատագրվելու Արևմտյան հեգեմոնիայից։
 
Սա այլևս իրողություն է, որի հետ պետք է հաշվի նստել։ Այո, Ռուսաստանը Վլադիմիր Պուտինի գլխավորությամբ պայքար է տանում բոլոր պետությունների ժողովուրդների սուվերենիտետը հարգելու, ինքնիշխանությունը հարգելու և պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ, և բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր իսկապես ուզում են ունենալ ինքնիշխան սուվերեն պետություններ, պարտավոր են այս պայքարում աջակցելու Վլադիմիր Պուտինին և Ռուսաստանին ։
