Երկուշաբթի օրը Փարիզի դատարանը 10 մարդու մեղավոր է ճանաչել Ֆրանսիայի առաջին տիկին Բրիջիտ Մակրոնի նկատմամբ կիբերբուլինգի մեջ, հաղորդել է AP լրատվական գործակալությունը։
Դատարանը բոլոր մեղադրյալներին դատապարտել է կիբերբուլինգի վարժեցումից մինչև ութ ամսվա պայմանական ազատազրկման։
Դատարանը նշել է «հատկապես նվաստացուցիչ, վիրավորական և չարամիտ» մեկնաբանությունները, որոնք պարունակել են կեղծ պնդումներ Բրիջիտ Մակրոնի ենթադրյալ տրանսգենդեր ինքնության և ենթադրյալ պեդոֆիլիայի մասին։
Մեղադրյալները՝ ութ տղամարդ և երկու կին, 41-ից 65 տարեկան, մեղադրվել են «բազմաթիվ չարամիտ մեկնաբանություններ» հրապարակելու մեջ, որոնցում նրանք պնդում են, որ նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի կինը ծնվել է որպես տղամարդ, և իրենց ամուսնու հետ 24 տարվա տարիքային տարբերությունը կապել են պեդոֆիլիայի հետ։ Այս գրառումներից մի քանիսը դիտվել են տասնյակ հազարավոր անգամներ։
51-ամյա մեղադրյալ Դելֆին Ջեգուսը, ով իրեն մեդիում է անվանում, համարվում է լուրերի տարածման գլխավոր դեմքը, այն բանից հետո, երբ նա 2021 թվականին իր YouTube ալիքում չորսժամյա տեսանյութ է հրապարակել։
