Փարավոնը վերադառնում է. գտնվել է Ռամզես II-ի արձանի կորած մասը

Հնագետները իսկապես տպավորիչ հայտնագործություն են կատարել, որն իսկական նվեր է Հին Եգիպտոսի պատմության համար: Գրեթե հարյուր տարի առաջ՝ 1928թ․, գերմանացի հնագետ Գյունտեր Ռյոդերը Եգիպտոսի Մինյա նահանգի ժամանակակից Էլ-Աշմունաին տարածքում հայտնաբերել է Ռամզես II փարավոնի հսկայական արձանի ստորին կեսը, գրել է Reuters-ը:
Այս հուշարձանային ֆիգուրը, որը հավաքված վիճակում կարող էր հասնել մոտ յոթ մետր բարձրության, մնացել է անավարտ. վերին կեսը երկար ժամանակ համարվում էր կորած: 2024թ․ հունվարին միջազգային հնագիտական արշավախումբը, որը միավորել էր եգիպտացի եւ ամերիկացի մասնագետներին, վերջապես գտավ լեգենդար արձանի կորած վերին կեսը, որը գրեթե մեկ դար մնացել էր գետնի տակ:
Վերին հատվածը, որը մոտավորապես 3.8 մետր բարձրություն ուներ, հայտնաբերվել է դեմքով դեպի ներքեւ ընկած, Հերմապոլիսի պեղավայրում, որը հնագույն ժամանակներում հայտնի էր որպես Հեմնու հին քաղաք եւ ծառայել է որպես կարեւոր տարածաշրջանային կենտրոն: Հայտնաբերված հատվածը պատրաստված է կրաքարից եւ կատարյալ պահպանված է, ինչն իսկական ուրախություն էր հետազոտողների համար, քանի որ Նեղոսի մոտիկությունը եւ ստորգետնյա ջրերի մակարդակի փոփոխությունները Ասուանի ամբարտակի կառուցումից հետո կարող էին վնասել քարը:
Չնայած այս ռիսկերին՝ մակերեսին պահպանվել են սկզբնական կապույտ եւ դեղին գունանյութերի հետքեր, ինչը թույլ է տալիս հասկանալ, թե ինչ տեսք կարող էր ունենալ քանդակը հնում: Հայտնաբերված բեկորը հստակ պատկերում է փարավոնին՝ թագավորական կոբրայի՝ պաշտպանության եւ զորության խորհրդանիշի թագավորական գլխազարդով:
Հետեւի սյան վրա կան հիերոգլիֆային արձանագրություններ, որոնք գովաբանում են Ռամզես II-ին, որը կառավարել է Հին Եգիպտոսը մ.թ.ա. 13-րդ դարում եւ համարվում է պատմության ամենահզոր փարավոններից մեկը: Գիտնականներն արդեն հաստատել են, որ հայտնաբերված բեկորը ճշգրտորեն համապատասխանում է գրեթե մեկ դար առաջ հայտնաբերված ստորին հատվածին, եւ այժմ իրականացվում է երկու մասերը վերամիավորելու նախագիծ՝ արձանը վերականգնելու համար:
Գտածոն ոչ միայն լուծում է երկար ժամանակ հնագետների համար գլուխկոտրուկ համարվող հարցը, այլեւ ավելի ամբողջական պատկերացում է տալիս Եգիպտոսի մեծագույն կառավարիչներից մեկին նվիրված հուշարձանային քանդակի գեղարվեստական եւ քաղաքական նշանակության մասին:
