2026 թվականին կքննարկվեն ԵԱՏՄ Մաքսային օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունները, որոնցով կսահմանվի 5% միասնական տուրք։
2026 թվականին ՀՀ-ում կրկին կբարձրանան ակցիզային հարկերը։ Հայաստանը բացառություն է արել գինու համար։ Վերջինիս ակցիզը 100 %-անոց սպիրտի մեկ լիտրի համար 4 200 դրամից կդառնա 4 600 դրամ, հազար հատ ծխախոտի դեպքում 17 700 դրամից կդառնա մինչև 19 500 դրամ։
2026- ից կընդլայնվի այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնց վրա պիտի լինի QR կոդ: Ներկայում ապրանքացանկում ընդգրկված են խմորեղենը, քաղցրավենիք), ոչ ոգելից խմիչքները, պահածոները և մի շարք այլ ապրանքներ։ Նոր տարվանից այս ցանկում կավելացվեն կաթնամթերքը, մսամթերքը, դեղամիջոցները, կոսմետիկան և օծանելիքը, լաքերը և ներկերը:
Վերահսկման ապահովման համար 2026 –ի փետրվարից ԵԱՏՄ-ում ուժի մեջ կմտնի նաև բեռնափոխադրումների թվային վերահսկողությունը։ Կոնտեյներների վրա կտեղադրվեն նավիգացիոն կապարակնիքներ, որոնք թույլ կտան հետևել միության տարածքում ապրանքի տեղաշարժին։
