Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, խոշոր չափի գողության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 12։30-ի սահմաններում Միքայել Չայլախյան փողոցում կոտրել են ՀՀ և Իրանի Իսլամական հանրապետության քաղաքացի 53-ամյա Միր Մահմուդ Ղոզատիին պատկանող «Nissan X-Trail» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի դիացի կողային ձախ ապակին և սրահից գողացել նրան պատկանող պայուսակը, որում եղել է 40 մլն դրամ գումար, անձնագրեր, վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատուի գլխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների երրորդ քննչական բաժին, որտեղ քննիչ Վարդանյանի որոշմամաբ ՀՀ քրեական 254-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում տուժողի դուստրը, Երևանի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Անահիտ Ստեփանյանը ասում էր․ «Մի քանի օր հայրիկիս ավտոմեքենային ինչ-որ սպիտակ ավտոմեքենա է հետապնդել։ Այդ օրը հայրիկս նստել է ավտոմեքենան, գումարը պայուսակով դրել դիմացի նստարանին, ապա երբ փորձել է ավտոմեքենան վարել նկատել է, որ կողային հայելին չկա: Երբ դուրս է եկել՝ տեսել, որ անվադողը մետաղներով կապված է։ Հենց հայելին վերցրել է ու վերադարձել, որ նստի մեքենան, տեսել է, որ ապակին ջարդված է, իսկ պայուսակը չկա։ Սա մեր կարծիքով նախօրոք պլանավորված գողություն էր ու ուզում ենք հավատալ, որ անպայման կբացահայտվի։

Իմ հայրիկը գործարար է ու հաճախակի է նրա մոտ մեծ գումարներ լինում, բայց չենք էլ կարող կասկածել, թե ով կամ ովքեր կարող են կատարած լինել։ Այսօր զանգեցինք քննիչին ասաց, որ գումարը մեծ է, այդպես շուտ չի բացահայտվի, բայց ուզում ենք հավատանք, որ իրավապահ մարմինները կբացահայտեն հանցագործությունը ու կգտնեն  գողին կամ գողերին, ինչպես նաև գումարը և մյուս գողացված ապրանքները»։
