Ի՞նչ ազդեցություն է ունենում հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտը Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա. փորձագետ

Հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում աշխատատեղերի թիվը 2025թ. հունիսի դրությամբ կազմել է մոտ 13 000, իսկ միջին աշխատավարձը՝ ավելի քան 800 հազար դրամ։ Այս մասին «Հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը թվերով» հետազոտության ներկայացման ժամանակ դեկտեմբերի 19-ին հայտնել է տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ Սյունիքում (հանքարդյունաբերական մարզում) միջին աշխատավարձը կազմում  է 830 հազար դրամ, այն դեպքում, երբ Կոտայքում այդ ցուցանիշը գրեթե կրկնակի ցածր է։ Պարսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում աշխատակիցների թիվը գերազանցում է 4 500-ը։

Նա նշել է, որ ոլորտը դրական ազդեցություն ունի աղքատության մակարդակի վրա, քանի որ, օրինակ, 2023թ․տվյալներով երկրի միջին 23.7 տոկոս ցուցանիշի դեպքում Սյունիք եւ Լոռի հանքարդյունաբերական մարզերում այդ ցուցանիշները համապատասխանաբար կազմել են 7 եւ մոտավորապես 14 տոկոս։

Մասնագետը հայտնել է, որ վերջին տարիներին ոլորտը ներգրավել է 600-700 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ, որոնցից 300-350 միլիոն դոլարը՝ Ամուլսարում։

«2024թ․ այդ ցուցանիշը փոքր-ինչ նվազել է, բայց Ամուլսարի զարգացման հետ մեկտեղ իրավիճակը կարող է դեպի լավը փոխվել»,- ավելացրել է նա։

Նրա տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանում հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում գործում է 403 ձեռնարկություն։

«ՀՆԱ մասնաբաժինը Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում 2021թ․ 5.5 տոկոսից նվազել է մինչեւ 2.6 տոկոս 2024թ․, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այս ոլորտն ավելի դանդաղ է աճել, քան մյուսները։ Ոլորտի աճը 2024թ․ կազմել է 1.5 տոկոս։

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ ոլորտը զգալի միջոցներ է ապահովում համայնքային բյուջեների համար, որոնք կազմում են մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դրամ։

2024թ․ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը բյուջե է մուտքագրել 130 միլիարդ դրամ հարկեր, որից 102 միլիարդ դրամը բաժին է ընկել ԶՊՄԿ-ին»,- ընդգծել է Պարսյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծացրել է հանքարդյունաբերության արտահանումը Չինաստան։

«Եթե Չինաստան արտահանման մասնաբաժինը 2020թ․ կազմել է 38.5 տոկոս, 2024թ․ այն հասել է 52 տոկոսի։ TRIPP նախագծի մեկնարկը կարող է կրճատել լոգիստիկ ծախսերը եւ մեծացնել արտահանման ծավալները այս ուղղությամբ»,- ավելացրել է փորձագետը։
