2025 թվականի Նոր տարվա տոներից առաջ գիտնականները դիտարկում են արեգակնային ակտիվության աճ, ինչը մտահոգություններ է առաջացնում հնարավոր գեոմագնիսական խանգարումների և դրանց ազդեցության վերաբերյալ Երկրի մագնիսոլորտի վրա: Այս հոդվածը վերլուծում է արեգակնային ակտիվության ներկայիս ընթացքը, մագնիսական փոթորիկների կանխատեսումները և դրանց հնարավոր ազդեցությունը մարդու հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական բարեկեցության վրա։
Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի տիեզերական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի Արեգակնային աստղագիտության լաբորատորիայի և Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Սիբիրյան մասնաճյուղի Արեգակնային-երկրային ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի կողմից անցկացված հետազոտությունները բացահայտել են արեգակնային ակտիվության զգալի աճ: Դեկտեմբերի 26-ին գրանցվել է միջին մակարդակի բռնկումների շարք, և արեգակնային ակտիվության ինդեքսը 4.9-ից բարձրացել է մինչև 6.4, ինչը վկայում է վտանգավոր «կարմիր գոտի» անցնելու մասին: Հիմնական իրադարձությունը արեգակնային սկավառակի արևելյան եզրին տեղի ունեցած հզոր M5.1 արեգակնային ժայթքումն էր: Այս էներգիայի արտանետումը կես մագնիտուդով ցածր էր X մակարդակից, որը դասակարգվում է որպես չափազանց բարձր ակտիվություն:
Մասնագետները արեգակնային ակտիվության գագաթնակետ են սպասում Նոր տարվա տոների ընթացքում: Սակայն, Նոր տարվա գիշերը մագնիսական փոթորիկների հավանականությունը համարվում է ցածր՝ Արեգակ-Երկիր գծից ակտիվ շրջանների հեռավորության պատճառով: Երկուշաբթի՝ դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, Երկրի մագնիսոլորտը կայուն կլինի 87% հավանականությամբ: Kp ինդեքսը կկազմի 1.67, իսկ Ap ինդեքսը կաճի 5-ից մինչև 8, ինչը վկայում է չափավոր գեոմագնիսական ֆոնի մասին: Ռադիոհոսքը (F10.7 ինդեքս) կաճի 155-ից մինչև 160:
Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ գեոմագնիսական խանգարումները ազդում են մարդու հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական բարեկեցության վրա: Մագնիսական փոթորիկները կարող են բարձրացնել կորտիզոլի մակարդակը, վատթարացնել քնի որակը և առաջացնել սթրեսի և անհանգստության ախտանիշներ: Եղանակային պայմանների նկատմամբ զգայուն անհատները հատկապես խոցելի են այս ազդեցությունների նկատմամբ, ուստի նրանց խորհուրդ է տրվում պատրաստվել հնարավոր անբարենպաստ պայմաններին:
Չնայած արեգակնային ակտիվությանը և կանխատեսվող գեոմագնիսական խանգարումներին, մոտ ապագայում ուժեղ մագնիսական փոթորիկների հավանականությունը մնում է ցածր: Եղանակային պայմանների նկատմամբ զգայուն անհատները պետք է նախազգուշական միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն՝ պահպանեն քնի գրաֆիկ, նվազեցնեն սթրեսը և պահպանեն հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական բարեկեցությունը: Երկարաժամկետ կանխատեսումները ցույց են տալիս արեգակնային ակտիվության հնարավոր ուժեղացում 2026 թվականի հունվարին, ինչը կպահանջի լրացուցիչ մոնիթորինգ և հարմարվողականություն։
