Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին 

Այսօր առավոտյան առաջին առատ ձյունն էր տեղացել։ Օրվա ընթացքում տարբեր մտքեր էին գալիս ու հիշողություններ արթնանում։ Այս մասին գրել է «Միասնության թեւեր» քաղաքական նախաձեռնության հիմնադիր Արման Թաթոյանը։

«Չգիտեմ ինչու, բայց ինձ համար ձյունը միշտ ինչ-որ առանձնահատուկ բան է եղել։ Երևի նրա համար, որ հիշում եմ ինձ երեխա ժամանակ՝ խորհրդային Երևանում, երբ ընկերներով դուրս էինք վազում փողոց՝ անգամ մի մասով պատռված կամ կոճակը պոկված բաճկոններով, ու ընդհանրապես կարևոր չէր, որ առավոտյան տանը ցուրտ էր, քանի որ վառարանի փայտը տնտեսել էր պետք, որ նորմալ կոշիկի գումար անգամ կարող էր չլինել։

Ձյունը բոլորիս հավասար էր դարձնում՝ թե՛ լավ, թե´ վատ պայմաններում ապրողներին: Նայում ես ձյանն ու մտածում ոչ թե որքան բարդ է, այլ որքան գեղեցիկ է։
 
Հիշում եմ ձյունն Ուկրաինայում, ուր ընտանիքով էինք տեղափոխվել, ու ես տեղի դպրոցներից մեկի աշակերտ էի: Նիկոլաևի մարզի ձմեռները խստաշունչ էի, ձյունը երկար չէր հալվում, դպրոցի վառարանները հազիվ էին տաքանում։
 
Երբ թեկնածուական ատենախոսությանս համար հանդիպումների ու դասընթացների էի Մոսկվայում, իսկ տարիներ հետո նաև Ռուսաստանի այլ քաղաքներում` որպես Եվրոպայի խորհրդի միջազգային փորձագետ, հիշում եմ` այնտեղ ձյունն ուրիշ էր՝ կոշտ, գործնական։ Բայց հիշում եմ, թե ինչպես էի ծանր գործնական օրից հետո քայլում Տվերսկայայով, ձյունն ընկնում էր, ու մտածում էի․ «Ոչինչ, կհաղթահարենք»։
 
ԱՄՆ-ում` հատկապես Ֆիլադելֆիայում և Նյու Յորքում ուսումի և բնակության ժամանակ տեսա, որ այստեղ ձյունը բոլորովին ուրիշ է։ Տեսել եմ, թե ինչպես են երեխաները ուրախանում դրանից՝ ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես մենք էինք ուրախանում խորհրդային տարիներին Երևանում։ ԱՄՆ-ում ձյան տեսարաններ մինչ այդ միայն ֆիլմերով էի տեսել:
 
Կյանքիս թերևս ամենաառատ ձյունը տեսել եմ Եվրոպայում, որտեղ բազմիցս եմ դասընթացների համար ու պաշտոնական այցերով եղել: Հատկապես առատ է ձյունը Շվեդիայում ու Սանտա Կլաուսի (մեր Ձմեռ պապիկի) հայրենիքում` Ֆինլանդիայում:
 
Այս ամենն ինձ համոզել է, որ ձյունն ինչ-որ համընդհանուր բան է, բայց նաև եզակի է, քանի որ չի հարցնում՝ որտեղից ես, որքան փող ունես, ինչ կարգավիճակ ունես։
 
Այն պարզապես վերևից ընկնում է։ Ընկնում է բոլորի վրա՝ հավասար ու նույն կերպ։
 
Երևի դրա համար էլ դարձա իրավապաշտպան։ Որովհետև հավատում եմ՝ արդարությունը պետք է լինի ինչպես ձյունը։
 
Կարևոր չէ՝ ով ես դու՝ նախարար, թե թոշակառու, օլիգարխ, թե հասարակ մարդ։ Օրենքը պետք է բոլորին նույն կերպ ծածկի։ Մաքուր։ Հավասար։ Առանց բացառությունների։
 
Հայաստանն արժանի է դրան։ Ամեն երեխա, ով այսօր ձնագնդի էր խաղում Գյումրիում կամ Կապանում, Վանաձորում կամ Երևանում, արժանի է մեծանալ այնպիսի երկրում, որտեղ կանոնները բոլորի համար նույնն են։ Որտեղ քո ապագան կախված չէ նրանից, թե ում որդին ես, այլ նրանից, թե ինչ կարող ես անել։
 
Նայում եմ ձյանն ու մտածում՝ դա հնարավոր է փոխել։ Կարելի է կառուցել երկիր, որտեղ արդարությունը ոչ թե արտոնություն է, այլ նորմա։
 
Առաջին ձյունը միշտ նոր սկիզբ է։ Մաքուր էջ։
 
Ժամանակն է, որ մենք բոլորս միասին այդ մաքուր էջի վրա գրենք ինչ-որ լավ բան»։
