Թբիլիսիի դատարանը կալանավորել Է Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարին

Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանը կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Բաչո Ախալայայի նկատմամբ, ով ձերբակալվել է հոկտեմբերի 4-ին նախագահական պալատի գրոհի փորձի գործով։ Այս մասին հայտնում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիան»:
Ախալայան ի նշան բողոքի լքել է դահլիճը այն բանից հետո, երբ դատարանը բավարարել է նիստը դռնփակ անցկացնելու միջնորդությունը: Դատախազությունը խնդրանքը հիմնավորել է Պետական անվտանգության ծառայության (ՊԱԾ) այն աշխատակիցների պաշտպանությամբ, ովքեր գործով անցնում են որպես վկաներ:
Մինչ այդ դահլիճից հեռացրել են նախկին նախարարի կնոջը՝ Անի Նադարեիշվիլիին: Դատավորը պարզաբանել է, որ դեռ որոշված չէ, թե արդյոք նա գործով կունենա մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ:
Ըստ քննության վարկածի՝ Ախալայան կանգնած է «Վրաստանի սահմանադրական կարգը և պետական իշխանությունը բռնությամբ տապալելու կոչերի, ինչպես նաև ռազմավարական և առանձնահատուկ կարևորության օբյեկտը զավթելու փորձի» հետևում: Պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը պնդում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 4-ի ակցիայի կազմկոմիտեի անդամները գործել են նրա հանձնարարականներով: Եվ չնայած Ախալայան ներկա չի եղել հանրահավաքին, ենթադրվում է, որ նա հրահանգներ է տվել «տեխնիկական բջջային կապի միջոցներով»:
Նախօրեին Պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունից (ՊԱԾ) հայտնել են, որ որպես գլխավոր ապացույց հանդես է գալիս ինտերնետ-թրաֆիկի վերլուծությունը:
Ինքը՝ Ախալայան, չի ընդունում մեղադրանքները: Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքն իսկապես պարբերաբար կապ է հաստատել մի քանի կազմակերպիչների հետ, քանի որ նրանք իր ընկերներն են, սակայն պետական հեղաշրջման ծրագրեր չեն քննարկել:
Ախալայային մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խմբակային բռնություն կազմակերպելու և ղեկավարելու համար (Վրաստանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մաս): Նրան մինչև 9 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում։
Հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, ընդդիմության կողմից բոյկոտվող տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին զուգահեռ, Թբիլիսիում տեղի է ունեցել բողոքի ակցիա՝ «խաղաղ հեղափոխություն» իրականացնելու հայտարարված նպատակով: Կազմակերպիչների կոչով Ռուսթավելիի պողոտայից ցուցարարների մի մասն ուղղվել է դեպի Աթոնելի փողոց, որտեղ փորձել են ներխուժել նախագահի նստավայր: Ոստիկանությունը հետ է մղել ցուցարարներին: Բախումները շարունակվել են ևս մի քանի ժամ: Իշխանությունները դա որակել են որպես պետական հեղաշրջման փորձ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, հոկտեմբերի 4-ի գործով արդեն 65 մարդ է ձերբակալվել:
