Գազպրոմ ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ Բալթյան երկրներում ստեղծվել է գազի պաշարների հետ կապված ծայրահեղ բարդ իրավիճակ։ Ընկերության տվյալներով՝ տարածաշրջանի միակ գազի պահեստարանը՝ Ինչուկալնսի ստորգետնյա գազապահեստը, արդեն ավելի քան կեսով դատարկվել է, ինչը կարող է վտանգել տարածաշրջանի հուսալի գազամատակարարումը ձմեռային ցրտերի պայմաններում։
Գազպրոմի պաշտոնական Telegram-ալիքում նշվում է, որ դեկտեմբերի 25-ի դրությամբ Ինչուկալնսի գազապահեստի լցվածությունը նվազել է մինչև 49,5 տոկոս։ Ընկերության հաղորդմամբ՝ նախորդ ջեռուցման սեզոնի ընթացքում նման ցուցանիշ արձանագրվել էր միայն փետրվարի կեսերին, ինչը վկայում է պաշարների անսովոր արագ սպառման մասին։
Գազպրոմը ընդգծում է, որ ստորգետնյա պահեստներում գազի անբավարար ծավալը կարող է լուրջ խնդիրներ ստեղծել սպառողների կայուն գազամատակարարման համար հատկապես սառնամանիքների ժամանակ։ Ընկերությունը չի բացառում, որ իրավիճակը կարող է լրացուցիչ ռիսկեր առաջացնել Բալթյան տարածաշրջանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության համար։
