Մետաղների գների աճի պատճառով Հայաստանի հանքերը 2026 թ-ին ավելի շատ հարկ կվճարեն. Ջհանյան

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունները 2026 թվականին ավելի շատ հարկեր կվճարեն մետաղների համաշխարհային գների աճի պատճառով։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում նման ենթադրություն արեց Հայաստանի լեռնահանքային և մետալուրգիական ընկերությունների միության նախագահ Վարդան Ջհանյանը։
 
Որքա՞ն են վաստակում ՀՀ–ում հանքերից, և ո՞ւր են տանում արտադրանքը. հետազոտություն.
 
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում արդյունահանվող հիմնական մետաղների (պղինձ, ոսկի և մոլիբդեն) համաշխարհային գները բարձրացել են։ Ըստ LBMA բորսայի (Լոնդոնի գունավոր մետաղների շուկայի ասոցիացիա)` մեկ տարի առաջ մեկ ունցիա ոսկին արժեր մոտ 2 620 դոլար, 2025 թ.–ի մարտին մակարդակը գերազանցել է 3 000 դոլարը, իսկ այժմ կազմում է 4 320 դոլար։ Պղնձի գները Լոնդոնի մետաղների բորսայում (LME) մեկ տարի առաջ մեկ տոննայի դիմաց կազմում էին մոտ 9 հազար դոլար, սեպտեմբերին նրա արժեքը գերազանցեց 10 հազար դոլարը, իսկ հիմա գերազանցում է 11 800 դոլարը։ Մոլիբդենի գները (նույնպես LME գնանշումներով) կազմել են մեկ տոննայի համար մոտ 46 հազար դոլար, իսկ այժմ արժեն մոտավորապես նույնը, բայց այս տարվա ընթացքում մի քանի ամիս գտնվել են 50 հազար դոլարից բարձր մակարդակի վրա։
 
«Հաշվի առնելով դա՝ վստահ եմ, որ մեր ընկերությունների հարկային մուտքերը կաճեն։ Նման հաշվարկներ մենք դեռ չունենք. դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ ընկերությունները պատրաստեն իրենց հաշվետվությունները և շահութահարկը հաշվարկեն (մինչև հաջորդ տարվա ապրիլի 20–ը–խմբ.): Մենք գրեթե համոզված ենք, որ զգալի աճ կլինի»,– ասաց Ջհանյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ դա կարելի է ակնկալել և՛ շահութահարկի, և՛ ռոյալթիի (մետաղական հանքաքարի արդյունահանման համար վճարումներ–խմբ.) գծով։ Այս երկու տեսակի վճարումներին Հայաստանում բաժին է ընկնում հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների մուտքերի ավելի քան 70 տոկոսը։
 
Մուտքեր են սպասվում նաև եկամտահարկի (ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամտահարկի) գծով, քանի որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում (երկրի խոշորագույն լեռնահանքային և արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունը), ինչպես նաև ոլորտի այլ ձեռնարկություններում նոր աշխատակիցներ են ընդունվել և աշխատավարձերի որոշակի աճ է գրանցվել:
 
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում գործում է 8 հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություն (չհաշված հարյուրից ավելի քարի և ավազի քարհանքերը): 2025 թվականի 3–րդ եռամսյակում նրանք վճարել են 75,7 մլրդ դրամ կամ մոտ 25 %–ով պակաս, քան 2024 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում (հիմնականում դա պայմանավորված է եղել մետաղների գների փոփոխությամբ)։
