Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 06։10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Բեժանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Պողոս Մոսինյանի գլխավորությամբ, ծառայության ընթացքում Իջևան համայնքի Անկախության փողոցում կագնեցրել են Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Արմեն Ս․-ի վարած «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի ստուգմամբ պարզվել է, որ վարորդը  տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում, հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։

Պարեկները համապատասխան արձանագրություն կազմելու ժամանակ վարորդի համազգեստի տակ նկատել են ինչ-որ առարկա և առաջարկել են արձակել համազգեստը, որից հետո վերջինս արձակել է համազգեստը և տեսել են, որ զինվորական համազգեստի տակ թաքցրել է ինքնաձիգ՝ առանց գործարանային համարի և ինքնաձիգի փամփշտատուփ՝ լիցքավորված թվով 24 հատ 7,62 տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով, որի վերաբերյալ Արմեն Ս․-ն պարեկներին հայտնել է, որ այն պատկանել է հանգուցյալ հորը և կրում է ինքնապաշտպանության նպատակով։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Արմեն Ս․-ն ձերբակալվել է զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով և կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ  նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերի 19-ին տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Իջևանի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:
