Օրեր առաջ տեղի ունեցավ Staff.am Gala 2025-ը, որի գլխավոր գործընկերն էր Ամիօ բանկը։ Միջոցառումը մեկնարկեց Ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի կատարումներով, որին հաջորդեց միջոցառման բովանդակային հատվածը։

երջին երկու տարիները Ամիօ բանկում եղել են իրական տրանսֆորմացիայի շրջան․ փոխվել են ոչ միայն կառուցվածքները, գործընթացներն ու գործիքները, այլ նաև մտածողությունը, արագությունը և համագործակցության մշակույթը։ Բանկը միաժամանակ անցել է ռեբրենդինգի, թվայնացման, ճկուն մոտեցումների ներդրման և ղեկավարական նոր դերերի ձևավորման ճանապարհով:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում Ամիօ բանկի Մարդկային ռեսուրսների և մշակույթի ղեկավար Հռիփսիմե Գլիչյանը խոսեց բանկին միանալու իր որոշման, ինչպես նաև թիմի ձևավորման ու զարգացման իր մոտեցումների մասին՝ ընդգծելով, որ կարևոր է ձևավորել ոչ միայն ուժեղ մասնագիտական թիմ, այլև ընդհանուր արժեքների շուրջ համախմբված միջավայր․ «Հավաքվում էր թիմ, որը ոչ միայն գիտելիք ու փորձ ուներ, այլ նաև կիսում էր բանկի մշակույթի և արժեհամակարգի վերաբերյալ տեսլականը։ Յուրաքանչյուր նոր թիմակցի միանալը բազմապատկում էր հետաքրքրությունը բանկի հանդեպ․ ես նրանց անվանում եմ քայլող Employer Branding»։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ տրանսֆորմացիան չի սկսվում ռազմավարական փաստաթղթից կամ նոր կառուցվածքից․ այն սկսվում է մարդկանցից և այն միջավայրից, որտեղ նրանք աշխատում են։ HR-ի տրանսֆորմացիան ևս ինքնանպատակ չէ․ այն արժեք ունի միայն այն դեպքում, երբ դառնում է բիզնեսի, մշակույթի և ամբողջ կազմակերպության փոփոխության հենասյունը։

Ուժեղ թիմը չի ձևավորվում միայն հմտություններով կամ փորձով։ Այն ձևավորվում է համընդհանուր տեսլականով, համարձակությամբ և վստահությամբ։ Երբ մարդիկ միանում են ոչ թե պատրաստ համակարգի, այլ գաղափարի կառուցմանը, նրանք դառնում են ոչ թե աշխատակիցներ, այլ համահեղինակներ։ Այդ պահին թիմը սկսում է փոխել ոչ միայն ֆունկցիաները, այլ նաև մտածողությունը։

Բայց նույնիսկ ամենաուժեղ անհատները չեն ստեղծում արդյունք, եթե միջավայրը ճիշտ չէ։ Միջավայրը որոշում է՝ մարդը կփակվի՞, թե՞ կբացվի, կպաշտպանվի՞, թե՞ կստեղծի։ Հստակ կանոններով, փոխադարձ հարգանքով, վստահությամբ, ազատ հարաբերություններով է ստեղծվում այն տարածքը, որտեղ բազմազանությունն ուժ է դառնում, ոչ թե բախում։

Ամիօի փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ իրական տրանսֆորմացիան չափվում է ոչ միայն թվերով, այլ նաև այն հարցով, թե քանի մարդ է փոխվել այդ ճանապարհին։ Իսկ երբ փոխվում են մարդիկ, փոխվում է կազմակերպությունը։ Եվ երբ փոխվում է կազմակերպությունը, ազդեցությունը դուրս է գալիս նրա սահմաններից։

Ամփոփելով իր խոսքը՝ Հռիփսիմե Գլիչյանը ընդգծեց, որ Ամիօ բանկում ընթացող փոփոխությունները չեն սահմանափակվում միայն կազմակերպության ներսում․
«Մենք հավատում ենք, որ Ամիօի տրանսֆորմացիան միայն Ամիօ բանկով չի սահմանափակվում․ մենք այն տանում ենք մեր տներ, այլ կազմակերպություններ, հասարակություն, ի վերջո՝ երկիր»։
