Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ է կատարել  «Զինվորական ծառայության համար քաղաքացու կամ զինծառայողի պիտանիության աստիճանը որոշող հիվանդությունների ցանկը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացու կամ զինծառայողի առողջական վիճակին հակացուցված զինվորական ծառայության պայմանները սահմանելու մասին» 2018 թ. ապրիլի 12-ի որոշման մեջ:

Փոփոխություններով ցանկում ներառվում են այն հիվանդությունները և ախտաբանական վիճակները (մասնավորապես գլխուղեղի և ողնուղեղի վենոզ անգեոմաները) որոնք ներառված չեն եղել, ինչպես նաև հստակեցվում են կլինիկական դրսևորումներ չունեցող, գործառույթների խանգարման չհանգեցնող կամ բուժում չպահանջող այն հիվանդությունները և ախտաբանական վիճակները որոնց դեպքում փորձաքննության ընթացքում կայացվելու է պիտանիության վերաբերյալ համապատասխան եզրակացություն (մասնավորապես վահանաձև գեղձի թերֆունկցիայի բարենպաստ դեպքերը, արյան համակարգի ժառանգական գործոններով պայմանավորված և բարենպաստ հիվանդություններ (ալֆա, բետա հետերոզիգոտ թալեսիմիաներ) գործնականում սրտի զարգացման տարատեսակ հանդիսացող փոքր անոմալիաները, ստոծանու հարկերակրափողային և այլ ճողվածքների պարագայում վիրահատական բուժումից հրաժարման դեպքերը, ողերի մարմինների հեմանգիոմաները կամ այլ բարորակ գոյացությունները կամ կիստաները): Արդյունքում՝ կնվազեն բուժման նպատակով քաղաքացիներին տրված տարկետումների քանակները, ինչպես նաև կբացառվեն պետական միջոցների անհարկի վատնման դեպքերը։
