Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին, ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 09։30-ի սահմաններում Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի ավտոճանապարհին Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 21-ամյա Շամիրամ Հ․-ն իր վարած «Volkswagen Rabbit» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով բախվել էր ճանապարհի բետոնե արգելապատնեշներին, ինչի հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայի շարժիչը պոկվել և շպրտվել էր։

shamshyan.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում վարորդ Շամիրամ Հ․-ն ներկայացրեց վթարից որոշ մանրամասներ, ասելով․ «Վթարի պատճառը եղել է այն, որ կցորիդչով «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատարը բախվել է իմ մեքենայի ձախ դիմացի հատվածին, ինչի հետևանքով իմ մեքենան կողաշրջվել է և բախվել բետոնե արգելապատնեշներին, իսկ բեռնատարը դեպքի վայրից դիմել է փախուստի։ Դա ինքնավթար չի եղել։

Եթե «Կամազ»-ը չբախվեր իմ մեքենային, ապա ես վթարի չէի ենթարկվի։ Եղել են նաև դեպքին ականատես վկաներ, որոնք նույնպես պնդում են, այն ինչ ես եմ պնդում։ Այդ մասին ես իրավապահներին ոչ թե տեղեկացրել եմ մի քանի ժամ անց, այլ այն ժամանակ երբ հենց ավտոմեքենայի մեջ վթարից րոպեներ հետո եկել եմ գիտակցության և հայտնել եմ ոստիկաններին, որից հետո ինձ տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց։

Այնտեղ նույնպես պարեկները մոտեցել են ինձ և ես կրկին ասել եմ, որ ինքնավթար չի եղել»։

Վթարի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ։
