Հայաստանում, երբ մի քանի օրից 2026 թվականն է, լրահոսը և օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը կրկին վերաբերում է հարկադրանքի միջոցներին: Կես տարուց ավելի է ապօրինի կալանավորված է Սամվել Կարապետյանը: Այս մասին գրել է փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«Չկա գործ, կա նման տևական ինտենսիվ կալանք՝ տրամաբանությամբ: Այնուհետև վերհիշում ենք, որ չորս Սրբազան հայրեր ապօրինի կալանավորված են և ունենք բազմաթիվ քաղբանտարկյալներ: Հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանը (65 տարին լրացած, առողջական խնդիրներով) Դատախազության բողոքի հիման վրա Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշմամբ այլևս ազատազրկված է: Այսինքն իրավական և մարդասիրական նվազագույն արժեքներն անտեսվել են: Այնուհետև ձերբակալվել են, վստահաբար կալանքի ներկայացման նպատակով նախկին պաշտոնյաներ: Այնուհետև հիշում ենք, որ Հայաստանում բազմաթիվ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ կան (տնային կալանք, վարչական հսկողություն), որոնք պարզապես չեն գործում հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող գործերով:

Այս ամենի մեջ հստակ է իրավունքի և մարդասիրության նսեմացումը: Տեղին է հիշատակել դեռևս 18-րդ դարում կազմված Շահամիրյանների «Որոգայթ փառաց» իրավական ֆունդամենտալ փաստաթղթի ներածության մի հատված. «...որքան ավելի բարություն է մեզ հարկավոր, որ մեր կյանքը զսպենք օրենքով ու ԱԶԱՏՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ, որպեսզի արժանի դառնանք Տիրոջ պաշտամունքին»,- գրել է նա:
