Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում երեկ հանդիպում է ունեցել հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ վարչապետն անդրադարձել է նախագահի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկված հարցերին, կառավարության առաջնահերթություններին, արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, իրական Հայաստանի գաղափարախոսությանը, TRIPP նախագծին և այլ թեմաների՝ պատասխանել հանդիպմանը մասնակիցների հարցերին։

Նշված հանդիպմանը, որ կազմակերպել է դեսպանատան և տեղի որոշ ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, շատ քիչ թվով մարդիկ են եղել։ Հայ համայնքի հիմնական ներկայացուցիչները հավաքված են եղել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հայկական եկեղեցու մոտ, Փաշինյանին էլ հրավիրել են տաճարի պատերի ներսում զրույցի, սակայն նա անտեսել է հավատացյալներին՝ հրաժարվելով կենդանի շփումից։ Եվ հարյուրավոր հայեր տեսաուղերձ են ձայնագրել եկեղեցու բակում՝ իրենց բողոքը արտահայտելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հոգևորականների հալածանքների դեմ, պահանջել են դադարեցնել հոգևորականների քաղաքական հետապնդումները, ինչպես նաև ազատ արձակել գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին։

Ընդհանրապես, Փաշինյանը արդեն տևական ժամանակ, արտերկիր այցելելով, հանդիպումներ է ունենում միայն իրեն լոյալ տրամադրված անձանց հետ, որոնց քշում են այդ հանդիպումներին, 1-2 ժամ նստեցնում, ստիպում, որ լսեն Փաշինյանի մտազեղումները, իսկ դրանից հետո հեռանում է՝ այդպես էլ չհանդիպելով հայ համայնքի իրական ներկայացուցիչների, ակտիվ զանգվածի հետ։ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգը, բնականաբար, բացառություն չի եղել։

Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններում գործող իշխանությունները և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վաղուց հատել են անդառնալիության կետը, իսկ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու և ընդդիմախոսների դեմ բռնաճնշումներով նաև բողոքի տարբեր ակցիաներ են հարուցում Սփյուռքի գաղթօջախներում։
