Ռուսաստանը և Ուկրաինան հայտարարել են նոր փոխադարձ հարվածների մասին, որոնց հետևանքով ավերածություններ են տեղի ունեցել, կան վիրավորներ։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Օդեսայի իշխանությունները հայտնել են, որ ռուսական հարվածներից դեկտեմբերի 22-ի երեկոյան վնասվել է նավահանգստային ենթակառուցվածքը և քաղաքացիական նավ։

Կիևի քաղաքապետ Վիտալի Կլիչկոն հայտնել է, որ ռուսական հարվածների հետևանքով բազմահարկ շենք է վնասվել, 2 մարդ վիրավորվել է։

Ժիտոմիրի շրջանում վիրավորվել է 6 մարդ, այդ թվում՝ երկու երեխա։ Վնասվել են բնակելի տներ, քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներ և խանութ։

Ռուսական ԱԹՍ-ները գրոհել են նաև Սումիի մարզի հյուսիսը, արձանագրվել են էլեկտրամատակարարման խափանումներ։

ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է ուկրաինական 29 անօդաչու թռչող սարք խոցելու մասին։ Ստավրոպոլի մարզում, ըստ նահանգապետի,  հարվածների տակ է հայտնվել Բուդյոնովսկ քաղաքը, տուժածներ չկան։ Արդյունաբերական գոտու տարածքում հրդեհներ են բռնկվել։ Պաշտոնյան չի նշել, թե որ օբյեկտն է եղել Ուկրաինայի թիրախում, սակայն ուկրաինական մոնիթորինգային ալիքները, վկայակոչելով տեղի բնակիչներին, նշել են, որ հարված է հասցվել «Ստավրոլեն» նավթաքիմիական խոշոր գործարանին։

Ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը մերժել է սուրբծննդյան հրադադարի գաղափարը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Կրեմլի գործողությունների բնույթը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Սուրբ ծնունդի ժամանակ զանգվածային հարված է նախապատրաստվում։
