Մահացել է Արշավիր Մկրտչյանը

Կյանքից հեռացել է Գորիսի նախկին համայնքապետ, Սյունիքի մարզպետի նախկին խորհրդական Համլետ Արշավիրի Մկրտչյանը։
Համլետ Արշավիրի Մկրտչյանը ծնվել է 1947 թ․ մարտի 8-ին Գորիս քաղաքում, ծառայողի ընտանիքում։
1963-64 ուսումնական տարում ավարտել է Գորիսի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցը։
1977 թ․ ընդունվել է Երևանի Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտի Գորիսի մասնաճյուղի մաթեմատիկայի ֆակուլտետը և այն ավարտել 1981 թվականին։
1982 թ․ աշխատանքի է անցել Գորիսի սարքերի գործարանի Խնձորեսկի մասնաճյուղում՝ արտադրության պետ։
1988 թվականից Գորիսի տրիկոտաժի արտադրական միավորման Վերիշենի ֆաբրիկայի տնօրենն էր։
1990 թվականին ընտրվել է ՀՀ առաջին գումարման ժողպատգամավորների Գորիսի քաղխորհրդի պատգամավոր։
1991 թ․ հունվարի 21-ին՝ հանրապետության կառավարության առաջարկությամբ և ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահության համաձայնությամբ, Համլետ Մկրտչյանը նշանակվել է կառավարության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Գորիս քաղաքում՝ քաղխորհրդի նախագահի իրավունքներով՝ այդ պաշտոնը վարելով շուրջ երկու տարի։
1997-98 թթ․ եղել է Մեղրիի մաքսային ծառայության պետ, Սյունիքի տարածքային մաքսային վարչության պետի տեղակալ։
1999 թվականին Համլետ Մկրտչյանն ընտրվել է Գորիսի քաղաքապետ, ապա գլխավորել Գորիսի տարածքային էլեկտրացանցը։
2002-2004 թթ․ Սյունիքի մարզպետի խորհրդականն էր։
Թեև տարբեր պաշտոններ է վարել, բայց եղել և մինչև կյանքի վերջ հանրային ընկալման մեջ մնացել է իբրև կենդանի խորհրդանիշ հայոց Արցախի համար մղված պայքարի։ Վայելում էր Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի վստահությունը, համակրանքը։ 1988-ից Արցախյան շարժման Սյունիք–զանգեզուրյան թևի կազմակերպիչներից էր, Գորիսի շրջանի պաշտպանության խորհրդի նախագահը, ինքնապաշտպանական առաջին ջոկատների կազմակերպիչը Գորիսի տարածաշրջանում։ Ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել Հայոց ազգային բանակի ձևավորմանը։ Ինքն էր հանրապետության ՆԳ նախարարությանը կից ստեղծված հատուկ գնդի գորիսյան վաշտի առաջին հրամանատարը։
Համլետ Մկրտչյանի հոգեհանգիստը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 16։00-ից սկսած, Գորիս քաղաքի սգո մեծ սրահում։ Հուղարկավորությունը՝ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին, ժամը 12։00-ին, նույն վայրից։
