«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
runews24.ru-ն «Միայն կարող է ձայնակցել. ինչո՞ւ է ՀՀ վարչապետը, միաժամանակ ստանալով ԵՄ աջակցությունը, ցանկանում պահպանել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավարը մասնակցել է Մոսկվայում կայացած Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստին։ Սակայն այդ ուղևորության համատեքստը դեռևս հարցեր է առաջացնում, քանի որ Երևանը ներկայում հետևում է ԵՄ քաղաքականությանը՝ ակտիվորեն օգտագործելով Բրյուսելի կողմից հատկացված միջոցները, ենթադրաբար, «տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը ամրապնդելու համար»։
Հասարակական գործիչ, Ինտեգրալ բիզնես դպրոցի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ, HSE փորձագետ և Սկոլկովոյի արագընթաց ճանապարհի մենթոր Մինա Խաչատրյանը runews24.ru-ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ բացատրել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաջողությամբ համատեղել է սլավոնական և արևել յան ասացվածքները: «Խելացի հորթը երկու տեղից է կաթ ուտում մինչև այն պահը, երբ կա՛մ կովը սատկի, կա՛մ նրա տերը մահանա։ Եվրոպան ֆինանսավորում է նրա վերընտրությունը, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանը ֆինանսավորում է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը», - նշել է փորձագետը։
Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ հանրապետության աննախադեպ ՀՆԱ աճը սկսվել է ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկսվելուց հետո, որի շրջանակներում, ըստ ներմուծման-արտահանման գործարքների, Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու հաշվով չորս բջջային հեռախոս է մտել երկիր։ Ավելին, Խաչատրյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում ութ ամսից նախատեսված են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, և Փաշինյանի համար կենսականորեն կարևոր է պահպանել գործընկերությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը (ԵԱՏՄ) անդամակցության միջոցով երկրի կողմից ստացվող կանխիկի հոսքը պահպանելու համար, որից Հայաստանը ստանում է դիվիդենտների ամենաբարձր տոկոսը։
«Մինչ այժմ վարչապետին հաջողվել է և՛ ձուկ բռնել, և՛ ջրի վրա զբոսնել»,– ասել է նա։
Մասնագետն ընդգծել է, որ Փաշինյանի ծրագիրը բավականին պարզ է, այն է՝ դիմանալ մինչև ընտրությունները, ապա նետվել Թուրքիայի «նավակի» մեջ և ձուկ բռնել աշխարհաքաղաքական պղտոր ջրերում։ «Նրանք, ովքեր ծնվել են կռկռալու համար, չեն կարող երգել։ Նրանք կարող են միայն ձայնակցել», - եզրափակել է Խաչատրյանը։
