Պարտադիր պահանջ է շինհրապարակի կահավորումը օդի որակի մոնիթորինգային սարքերով․ Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտե

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ մթնոլորտային օդի աղտոտվածության խնդիրների շարքում շինարարության գործոնը նվազագույնի հասցնելու նպատակով Կոմիտեն նոր պահանջներ է սահմանել «Շինարարական արտադրության կազմակերպում» շինարարական նորմերով, որոնք առաջիկայում կհրապարակվեն arlis.am հարթակում և կմտնեն գործողության մեջ։
«Արդի տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության առավել արդյունավետ միջոցառումներ են նախատեսվել շինարարության տարբեր փուլերում։ Մասնավորապես՝ շինարարական աշխատանքների ողջ ընթացքում պետք է վերահսկվեն շինարարական հրապարակի արտանետումները՝ իրականացնելով փոշենստեցման միջոցառումներ և կիրառելով փոշեճնշիչ ու ցածր արտանետումներով սարքավորումներ:
Նորմերում մանրամասն նկարագրված է օդի մաքրման համակարգերի՝ փոշեորսիչ, փոշեճնշիչ և ջրային մառախուղ առաջացնող սարքավորումների կիրառման պահանջը։ Բացի այդ, պարտադիր պահանջ է շինհրապարակի կահավորումը օդի որակի մոնիթորինգային սարքերով։
Շինարարական հրապարակի կազմակերպման ընթացքում սահմանվել է պահանջ, որ ժամանակավոր ճանապարհները պետք է պատվեն բետոնով կամ այլ կոշտ ծածկույթներով, իսկ մնացած հողային մակերեսները պետք է պատվեն խճի շերտով՝ բացառելով ճանապարհից և հողածածկ մակերեսներից փոշու առաջացումը։
Սահմանվել են նաև շինարարական հրապարակի պատշաճ կահավորման, կանոնավոր մաքրման, փոշեպաշտպան պատնեշների և ցանցերի կիրառման, նյութերի փոխադրման, պահպանման և այլ պահանջներ։
Շինարարության ընթացքում առաջացող փոշու և ծխի կառավարման միջոցառումների ամրագրումը շինարարական նորմերով հնարավորություն կտա չեզոքացնել ինչպես Երևանում, այնպես էլ հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում իրականացվող ակտիվ շինարարության հնարավոր ազդեցությունը մթնոլորտային օդի վրա՝ այդպիսով նվազեցնելով շինարարության գործոնը օդի աղտոտվածության խնդիրներում։
«Շինարարական արտադրության կազմակերպում» շինարարական նորմերի նոր տարբերակի մշակումը նախատեսված է եղել Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի համակարգմամբ մշակվող և արդիականացվող նորմերի տարեկան ցանկում, իսկ հետագայում ընդգրկվել է նաև «Մթնոլորտային օդի պահպանության բնագավառում 2025-2030 թվականների համալիր միջոցառումների ծրագիրը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ Կառավարության որոշման մեջ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։
