«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում ավելի ու ավելի հաճախակի ենք տարբեր տնտեսվարողներից ստանում դժգոհություններ, որ կառավարությունը հատկապես տարեվերջին անցել է ֆինանսական «տեռորի»: Մեր զրուցակիցները նշում էին, որ այս կառավարությունն առանց այդ էլ ամեն ինչ անում է գործարարներին խանգարելու, «քամելու» համար, իսկ այս շրջանում, ինչպես նախորդ մի քանի տարիներին, դա անում է առավել մեծ ջանասիրությամբ, «ամբողջ հոգով ու սրտով»:

Ընդ որում, խոսքը միայն հարկերի մասին չէ. դա, իհարկե, առաջին տեղում է, այդ թվում՝ գերավճարների առումով: Խոսքը նաև պետական տուրքերի և տույժ-տուգանքների մասին է: Ի մասնավորի, մեզ հետ զրույցում մի քանի տնտեսվարողներ նշում էին, որ լիցենզավորված գործունեություն ծավալողները որոշ դեպքերում ստիպված են կրկնակի վճարում կատարել: «Այդպիսի բան միայն մեր երկրում ու այս իշխանությունների օրոք է երևի հնարավոր»,-ասում էին նրանք: Մասնավորաբար, խոսքն այն մասին է, որ տնտեսվարողները, նոր կարգի համաձայն, լիցենզիայի թարմացման, նոր լիցենզիա ստանալու շեմին կատարել են առաջիկա տարվա պետտուրքի վճարումը՝ տուգանքներից խուսափելու համար, լիցենզավորման գործընթացը տևել է 2-3 ամիս (ասում են՝ նման բան նախկինում չի եղել), հետո, որպեսզի լիցենզիան տան, պահանջում են կատարել վճարումը, որովհետև նախկինը վերաբերում է... նախկին՝ փաստացի չգործող լիցենզիային ու «հաշիվ չէ»: Կրկնենք, որ վճարումը վերաբերել է առաջիկա մեկ տարվան, ուրեմն՝ դեռևս 8-9 ամիս կա:

Հաջորդ խնդիրը վերաբերում է տույժտուգանքներին: Տնտեսվարողներն ասում են, որ ամեն տեսակ չնչին, մանր վրիպումներ են փորձում գտնել, միայն թե տուգանեն:

Մի խոսքով, ինչպես երևում է, կառավարության գործերն այնքան վատ են, որ անցել են ինտենսիվ փող «քերելու» գործին...
