Ղրղզստանի, Ուզբեկստանի և Տաջիկստանի առաջնորդներն արժանացել են խաղաղության մրցանակի՝ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում ներդրած ավանդի համար, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, տեղեկացնում է РИА Новости-ն։

Խաղաղության միջազգային մրցանակի հանձնման արարողության ժամանակ ՌԴ նախագահը նշել է, որ Լև Տոլստոյի անվան մրցանակը սահմանվել է վերջերս, սակայն նախաձեռնությունը շատ պահանջված է և ունի մեծ հասարակական ու միջազգային արձագանք։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ մրցանակի նպատակն է նպաստել խաղաղարարության վեհ գաղափարների միավորմանը, ազգերի միջև բարեկամության ամրապնդմանը, մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանությանը։

«Այսօր մենք մեծարում ենք Լև Տոլստոյի անվան մրցանակի նոր դափնեկիրներին՝ Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սադիր Ժապարովին, Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնին և Ուզբեկստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Շավքաթ Միրզիյոևին»,- արարողության ժամանակ ասել է Պուտինը։

Նա հավելել է, որ մրցանակի ժյուրին, որի կազմում ընդգրկված են ութ երկրների ականավոր հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչներ, հայտնի գիտնականներ ու մշակույթի գործիչներ, արժանի ընտրություն է կատարել։

«Կարծում եմ՝ Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Ուզբեկստանի առաջնորդները մրցանակին արժանացել են Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում ունեցած մեծ անձնական ավանդի համար»,- նշել է նա։

Հանդիսավոր արարողությունը տեղի է ունեցել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Ռիմսկի-Կորսակովի անվան կոնսերվատորիայի շենքում։ Ավելի վաղ պետությունների ղեկավարները մասնակցել էին Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին։ Երեք երկրների առաջնորդներն այս հասարակական պարգևին արժանացել են տարածաշրջանում կայունության ամրապնդման համար։

Լև Տոլստոյի անվան խաղաղության միջազգային մրցանակի հիմնադրամը 2022 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին ստեղծել են Ռուսաստանի պատմական ընկերությունը, Ռուսաստանի ռազմապատմական ընկերությունը և Ռուսաստանի խաղաղության հիմնադրամը։

Մրցանակը շնորհվում է պատերազմի կանխարգելման, բազմաբևեռ և ոչ բռնի աշխարհի կառուցման գործում ունեցած բացառիկ ծառայությունների և ակտիվ խաղաղարար գործունեության համար։ Մեդալը շրջանաձև է, որի վրա պատկերված է Տոլստոյի հարթաքանդակը, «ձիթենու ճյուղ» դեկորատիվ եզրազարդը և «Խաղաղության մրցանակ» գրությունը՝ ռուսերենով ու անգլերենով։

Լև Տոլստոյի անվան խաղաղության միջազգային առաջին մրցանակը 2024 թվականին շնորհվել էր Աֆրիկյան միությանը։
