Արդեն մի քանի օր է հեռախոսազանգեր ենք ստանում Ավան վարչական շրջանի Խուդյակով փողոցի բնակիչներից, ովքեր արդարացիորեն իրենց զույրույթն են ուղղում «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության հասցեին, ասելով, որ եկան Խուդյակով 3-րդ նրբանցքում իբրև թե դարն ապրած խմելու ջրի խողովակները նորով փոխարինելու սակայն, «ունքը սարքելու փոխարեն աչքը հանեցին, գործն էլ կիսատ թողեցին ու գնացին։ Այս մասին գրում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը։

Այսօր ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին․ «Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, «Վեոլա ջրից» եկան, քանդեցին 3-րդ նբանցքի մոտ 80 մետր երկարությամբ ճանապարհահատված, պատճառաբանելով, որ նախ փոխելու են հին փտած խողովակները, ինչի արդյունքում կանխվելու է ջրի կորուստը։ Կոշը գցին ջրի խողովակները վնասեցին, ինչի պատճառով մոտ 15 տուն մի քանի օր շարունակ խմելու ջրից զրկվեց։ Երկու օր առաջ եկան պլաստամասե խողովակներով ջրագիծ անցկացրեցին, որը ժամանակավորապես վերականգնվեց, սակայն ոչ որակյալ աշխատանքի պատճառով ջրի արտահոսքերը չեն դադարում։ Էլ չենք ասում, որ 10-ից ավելի տուն էլ կարծես բանտարկված լինի, չեն կարողանում ոչ միայն ավտոմեքենաներով, այլ ոտքով ներս ու դուրս անեն։ Ամբողջ նրբանցքը դարձել է անանցանելի։ Դիմել ենք էլ՛ «Վեոլիա ջուր», էլ՛ Ավան վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմ, ոչ մի դրական պատասխան չենք ստացել։ Հույսներս կորցրել ենք թե՛ Ավանի թաղապետից, թե «Վեոլիա ջրից»։ Դրա համար ուզում ենք գործին խառնվի Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, որ գոնե էլ պարտավորեցնի «Վեոլիա ջրի» ու թաղապետարանի չինովնիկներին սթափվեն ու գործը հասցնեն ավարտին՝ իհարկե ապահովելով որակ»։
