Ադրբեջանական բենզինը՝ իշխանական օլիգարխի լցակայաններում

Ադրբեջանից Վրաստանի տարածքով Հայաստան ժամանեց նավթամթերքով բեռնված գնացքը։ Ըստ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի, Հայաստան է բերվել 22 վագոն, մոտ 1380 տոննա բենզին։ Ինչպես և կանխատեսելի էր, գնորդներից մեկը իշխանական պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանին պատկանող ընկերությունն է։
«Սիլ Կապիտալի» կազմի մեջ մտնող «Մեգա թրեյդ» ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, թե առաջիկայում բենզինը կվաճառվի ընկերությանը պատկանող «Ռան Օիլ» բենզալցակայանների ցանցում։ Ընդ որում, մեր Սուքիասյանին պատկանող ընկերությունից հայտնում են, թե իրենք գնել են միայն 600 տոննա ադրբեջանական բենզին և ներկրողն էլ իրենք չեն, այլ գնել են վառելիքի մեծածախ վերավաճառքով զբաղվող թրեյդինգային ընկերությունից։ Ադրբեջանական բենզին գնած երկրորդ ընկերության անունը դեռ հայտնի չէ։ Ամենակարևոր հարցն այս պահին արդյոք բենզինի այս ներմուծումը Ադրբեջանից կազդի բենզինի մանրածախ գների վրա։
Ըստ տրամաբանության, բենզինը պետք է առնվազն 40-50 դրամով էժան լինի, քան այլ բենզալցակայաններում, որից հետո բենզին ներմուծող մյուս ընկերություններն էլ ստիպված կլինեն նվազեցնել իրենց գինը։ Բայց չի բացառվում, որ ինչպես և նախկինում, այս անգամ էլ բենզին ներմուծող ընկերությունները միմյանց հետ ներքին պայմանավորվածություններով կապված բոլորովին չիջեցնեն բենզինի գինը կամ էլ չնչին չափով, որը որակական որևէ արդյունք չի տա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով Փաշինյանը ներմուծող 2 ընկերություններին պարտադրել է բավականին էժանացնել բենզինի գինը, այդ կերպ հանրությանը ցույց տալու համար Ադրբեջանից բենզին ներմուծելու արդյունավետությունը։
Թե ինչ զարգացումներ տեղի կունենան, պարզ կլինի առաջիկայում, բայց փաստն այն է, որ բիզնեսը բոլորովին էլ կաշկանդված չէ հայրենասիրական մղումներով և հանուն գումարի պատրաստ է նույնիսկ գործարքի գնալ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ։ Սա մի կողմից օբյեկտիվ է, մյուս կողմից էլ չափազանց ցավալի։
