ՊԵԿ-ը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հոդվածում ներկայացված պնդումների վերաբերյալ

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթում հրապարակված հոդվածում ներկայացված պնդումների կապակցությամբ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն անհրաժեշտ է համարում հանդես գալ պաշտոնական պարզաբանմամբ՝ կանխելու համար հանրության մոլորեցումը և փաստերի աղավաղումը։
 
Նախևառաջ ընդգծում ենք, որ հոդվածում նկարագրված «Ագարակ» անցման կետով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներկրված ապրանքների չհայտարարագրման (ճանապարհին բեռնաթափման) միջադեպը բացահայտվել է բացառապես ՀՀ ՊԵԿ համակարգի ներսում գործող վերահսկողական և ռիսկերի կառավարման մեխանիզմների շնորհիվ, ինչի հիման վրա անմիջապես ձեռնարկվել են համապատասխան ծառայողական և իրավական գործողություններ։
 
Այն պնդումը, թե դեպքը փորձ է արվել կոծկել կամ «ապօրինի ներմուծում ապահովել»՝ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և հակասում է հենց փաստերի տրամաբանությանը, քանի որ հենց ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից նշված դրվագով մաքսային կանոնների խախտման գծով նախաձեռնվել է վարչական վարույթ, իսկ պաշտոնատար անձանց հնարավոր ներգրավվածության հատկանիշների գծով բոլոր նյութերը սահմանված կարգով փոխանցվել են իրավասու քննչական մարմնին, և Կոմիտեն ամեն կերպ աջակցելու է քննությանը՝ անկախ որևէ անձի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:
 
Միաժամանակ, անընդունելի ենք համարում հոդվածում տեղ գտած՝ չապացուցված ենթադրությունները, անձնական և բարեկամական կապերի վրա հիմնված ակնարկները և այլն:

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակելու է գործել թափանցիկության, օրինականության և հաշվետվողականության սկզբունքներով և խստորեն արձագանքել ցանկացած խախտման՝ անկախ անձերից և հանգամանքներից։
