«600-700 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ, 13 հազար աշխատատեղ, 130 մլրդ դրամ վճարված հարկեր»․ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը՝ թվերով

«Հանքարդյունաբերության տեսակարար կշիռը Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ում 2021-ից մինչեւ 2024 թվականը նվազել է՝ 5,5 տոկոսից հասնելով մինչեւ 2,6 տոկոս։ Դա հիմնականում պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ 2022 թվականից՝ պայմանավորված ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությամբ, տնտեսությունը շատ արագ սկսեց աճել։ Բացի այդ, արդեն 2021 թվականից մենք ունեցանք Սոթքի հանքավայրի շահագործման հետ կապված խնդիրներ»,- այսօր «Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը՝ թվերով» հետազոտության ներկայացման ժամանակ ասաց տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու, դոցենտ Սուրեն Պարսյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ 2023-2024 թվականները ՀՀ հանքարդյունաբերության համար եղել են որոշակի կայունացման ժամանակաշրջան։ Այս տարվա պաշտոնական ցուցանիշներով արդեն հանքարդյունաբերությունը 1,5 տոկոս աճ է ապահովել։ «Այսինքն՝ անցած տարիների անկումից հետո որոշակի աճ ունենք, սա որպես դրական հանգամանք պետք է որակենք՝ հաշվի առնելով այն բոլոր փորձությունները, որոնց միջով այս ոլորտն անցել է»,- ասաց նա։
Սուրեն Պարսյանը նշեց, որ ուսումնասիրել են նաեւ հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունների կողմից առանձին համայնքներին վճարված մուտքերը՝ գույքահարկ, վարձակալության վճար, աջակցության ֆոնդեր եւ այլն։ Եվ պարզել են, որ հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունները բավականին լուրջ մուտքեր են ապահովում ազդակիր համայնքների համար՝ մի քանի միլիոնից մինչեւ մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դրամ, նույնիսկ առանձին դեպքերում՝ միլիարդի են հասնում այդ վճարները։
