Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է համագործակցել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Եվրոպայի և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ, բայց հավասար հիմունքներով և փոխադարձ հարգանքով, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

Նա նշել է. «Եթե մենք ի վերջո հասնենք այս կետին, բոլորը կշահեն»։

Նա նաև «անհեթեթություն» է որակել այն տեղեկությունները, թե Ռուսաստանը պատրաստվում է հարձակվել Եվրոպայի վրա։

«Մենք պլանավորում ենք հարձակվել Եվրոպայի վրա։ Ի՞նչ անհեթեթություն է սա։ ... Գործողություններ չեն լինի, եթե դուք մեզ հարգանքով վերաբերվեք։ Դուք կհարգեք մեր շահերը, ինչպես մենք անընդհատ փորձել ենք հարգել ձեր շահերը։ Եթե դուք չխաբեք մեզ, ինչպես արեցիք ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ դեպի արևելք ընդլայնման դեպքում»։

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, եթե Արևմուտքը ապահովի Մոսկվայի անվտանգության երաշխիքների պայմանների կատարումը։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանը համաձայն է բանակցությունների և հակամարտության դադարեցման, և «գնդակն ամբողջությամբ Կիևի դաշտում է»։

Բացի այդ, Պուտինը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը «լուրջ ջանքեր է գործադրում ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը դադարեցնելու համար և դա անում է բացարձակ անկեղծությամբ»։

ՌԴ ղեկավարը նաև ասել է, ոև Մոսկվան պատրաստ է քննարկել Ուկրաինայում նախագահական ընտրությունների անվտանգության ապահովման հարցը՝ գոնե հեռահար զենքերով երկրի խորքը հարվածներից զերծ մնալով, եթե ՌԴ-ում ապրող ուկրաինացիները նույնպես մասնակցեն։
